NO LONGER USING TRADEMORE

I trusted Trademore twice and had a bad experience. I have ordered a phone for my daughter on 12/12 to come by Christmas. The phone still had not arrived and I was not given tracking information once I emailed after 5 business days 12/19 at 10:30 am I recieved an email saying they cancelled my order and I will receive a refund. I also received a following email in a whole different thread stating 12/19 at 11:11 am stating that my order has been shipped. I went to the website it says order is shipped. However today is now 12/21 and I still have failed to be mailed the phone as well as a refund isn’t pending to my card either. I contacted them via email twice to see will they refund me or ship my order I haven’t received any further responses. There is no number to call either. Now the website says no phones in stock.

Update: I will update on how long it will take to get my refund or my phone if I do not have it by Christmas I’ll be filing a lawsuit with small claim court. Other reviews are saying they didn’t recieve phones and the ones that did received faulty phones.

I trusted Trademore twice and had a pleasant experience, but now the third time I have ordered a phone for my son to come by Christmas. This has still not arrived and I was not given tracking even though it says it’s been shipped!!!!! This is so disheartening because I have trusted them in the past. I’m disappointed that I contacted them via email twice and no response from an actual human. There is no number to call either. I have yet to receive info on my order and receive it at some point since I have already paid for me! I’m so so disappointed.

Update: they proceeded to cancel my order with no explanation. I will update on how long it will take to get my refund!!

Don't "sell" your device to TradeMore

I sent a phone to TradeMore. They sent a digital MasterCard debit card for payment. The debit card never worked - I tried dozens of times with different online retailers. I received an error message when I tried to check the balance via the provided link. I contacted TradeMore. They said it's not their problem and gave me a number to call for a debit card rep, who said the card was no longer valid per TradeMore's terms. I contacted TradeMore - their initial emails said, "We have not received an update on this issue yet." Then they stopped responding. Unless you want to give TradeMore a free device, don't "sell" them your phone

A RIP Off…

i ordered an iphone 12 pro from amazon which was trademore, when i realized it was a third party i knew right away what im going to expect like other refurbished iphone company i knew when i get it it will have non apple parts on it . I was not willing to take a chance since i had no time to play the refund back and forth and getting a replacement if it did happen i decided to cancell it 5 minutes after placing the order with amazon. Amzon and i both keot sending email tio cancell this item if they didnt in 48 hours amazon would have arranged for a refund directly, But what trademore did. smart asses shipped the item instead of cancelling it. Now amazon nor them can refund me till i get the item then ask for return lable, then ship it back, then ask for a refund, then wait for my bank to give me access to my money, then i can order the iphone directly from amazon. You see what they did. They are a miserable hard up for cash store . that want to force their product on you. I have no respect or trust for such a company Please Do NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF OR MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE as inconvinient as possible, its not worth it. Stay Away. thx

I ordered an Iphone 13

I ordered an Iphone 13. It was here in 2 days. There was an issue we didn't figure out. I took it to a my carrier store and the attendant confirmed an issue, he said its probably an antennae issue. I returned the phone and asked for a replacement and Trademore confirmed they don't do exchanges. UPS said the return was delivered 7/24 and according to the FAQ returns should be completed in 5 days, it is now 8/05
and nothing. Now the exchange is out of the question. All I wanted is a phone and now I have been without for 2 weeks. they said in an email they escalated this case but still no refund. poor customer service
This has been escalated twice from Trademore. Today is 8/19 still no refund.

I sent 2 phones and a watch in…

I sent 2 phones and a watch in February, the boxes arrived really quickly . I took them to UPS after 3 weeks I sent an e mail for a status. The web site was still showing not received . The e mail said they had then and the were behind. Then I got paid for a phone week later paid again for the watch. Now the last phone is still showing received on the web site. I had another e mail saying the would update me by the 27th March. Still nothing. I full appreciate when a company gets behind but poor feedback and not hitting your own targets is not acceptable. So come guys feedback to your customers and stop accepting more phones than you can process.

Horrible response time

I sent an unsealed iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB in the box unopened to Trademore recently, and I know they received it because I looked up the tracking number and saw that it had arrived. I tried to call them, but they didn't have a number, so I emailed them to find out when I would get my payment through my PayPal account. They should definitely have a customer service number. If I knew that they'd take their time I would have sold my Iphone to other companies that has way better response time like isurgeon, Save Gadget, Gadget Pickup, Itsworthmore, and more that's listed on the website of Sellcell.com all of which Trademore isn't listed.

Bad experience never again

Trademore it just Verizon company they don't even know what they are doing I send my iPad pro 12.9 6th they received over 2 week working days so that's mean about 20 days ago they never send my device back or send me the funds

Company quickly responded finally when complaints filed

Updated review: Email contact form didn't work on the website when I tried to inquire about my stalled process. I sent a device in, I had confirmation of arrival but nothing from Trademore on my account. They had no updates and no record of having my device. Upon my negative review, they did respond and made it right. Can't give 5 stars because of what I needed to do for them to respond, but otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.

Wasn't sure but gut said, "Do it!"

Looked all over amazon, ebay, best buy, etc., etc., for a quality used iphone and just wasn't finding what we wanted for a good price. Saw that someone mentioned TradeMore online so I had a look, read the positive and negative but had a real good gut feeling about it that I did not have with the others. Happy I trusted my instinct because we received a fantastic fully functioning iphone 11 at a great price. Arrived before we knew it and are extremely happy.

can’t even buy a phone

they aren’t the best with customer service i’ve tried to call the numbers and it’s all robots and it hangs up after a few seconds i can’t talk to anyone to get help i’ve emailed them but they haven’t resolved my issues i couldn’t even buy it i put all my information in and went to purchase it and it said i had to use a different card but it’s a visa i bought specifically for this so i could buy a phone online and it’s really disappointing.

A disaster

I just received a phone that I bought from Trademore (I'm from Argentina). He arrived today. I just turned it on and it asks me for a password (6 digits). What the hell is going on? Can you at least have the dignity to offer me a solution? It's supposed to be "unlocked" because that's how I bought it.

IN CASE YOU ASK ME, THE ORDER NUMBER IS #ETKUAQV2O4

I would appreciate a solution soon, or at least tell me what the key is.

This place is a scam I wanted to sell my Samsung galaxy S21plus they sent me a box to send it in within a few days and it's been almost two weeks ago and I haven't heard back yet I called and talk to my lawyer about it I have the information that they sent me the confirmation email and every thing and I'm going to tell everyone I know about these people don't do business with them because they are a scam.
