Thanks folks - We try to provide the best service we can, but we do make mistakes now and then, and sometimes there may be un-spotted issues with dice BUT we always sort any issues out swiftly and without fuss.
Seems fine!
Only had one order so far but items arrived prompt and well packaged. No problems. Could do without the repeated nagging for a review though!!!

As for the bagged and labled dice - don't get too excited! we did that for you as a new customer so you could see the ranges easily because we sent you so many different ones - i didn't want you to be confused. But next time, you are on your own! You will need to cross- ref with images on the site if you are unsure of a set, but hopefully they are pretty self evident.

Also note in response to concerns over packaging and the handling of shipments by couriers, we will ensure robust protection is in place for more delicate items.
Hi Glen, thanks for your review. Please get in touch regarding any incorrect dice in your order, as we will always sort this kind of problem out for you ASAP. Our Poly DIce sets come to us ready bagged, and although we do spot the odd problematic one, especially if we are making up boxes, some errors do slip through. If we've shipped totally incorrect sets, then that's not acceptable! - just let us know. - same goes for any damaged dice - we will always replace or refund, to your requirements. Forgive me if I've missed any contact from you regarding the issues you raise, its been a busy holiday period - drop me a reminder and I'll look into it. I'd also like to know what problems you had with the packing, so we can improve on that. Was anything damaged or missing due to poor packing?
