Incredibly efficient and friendly. Explained everything clearly and checked as going along that everything was understood and happy to proceed.

Amazing experience with the whole staff and specially Harpreet, he spoke thoroughly to us with what we would be expecting, what our expectations were and the next steps as well. Car was amazing and offers were great, managed to get an additional discount with the help of the manager and great that they offer a tracker for the car as well as lifetime warranty.

Overall very smooth process, very honest and open, listened to everything I wanted and more, amazing.

Very friendly and helpful.

The “cheapest” cars on their website (£4,000) are always signposted as “in stock”: customers go to their local branch to be told that all the vehicles for £4,000 have been sold and that the cheapest cars available start from £9,000-10,000. Two weeks later and the same cars that had supposedly been sold, are still on the website. The Trade Centre do not worry about wasting people’s time 🫤

Was informative but there was a little confusion over when agreed on price of car

The team has been so marvellous. Great service, friendly and very professional. They made the process so simple and transparent. Leon welcomed us with respect and dignity, took us through the show room, and was very patient with us throughout. What an amazing human being he was and very professional.

The experience was great, Jordan took time explain in detail the contract and answered all the questions that I had. The experience couldn't be better.

The staff here were very welcoming from the beginning and to the finish. They were all very helpful and are there when we need help. Jordan Goldsmith was very helpful and made the collection process smoothly. Everything was explained throughly and clear.

We are very hesitant people, but trade centre uk were all very accommodating to our changing decisions. When we have problems about the car, they helped us no question asked, non judgmental and just helpful. Overall, we had a great experience! Would recommend to others!
