Worst website I’ve ever come across avoid

Don't even consider using this company. They make it purposely difficult to withdraw, verify your identification or even talk to a competent member of staff. With the money that I did put in, I got nothing back. Could be bad luck but I combined with the rest of my experience it wouldn't surprise me to find they have false RTP figures.

Take my advice and use a more reputable company like sky or virgin.

Well l started with Trada Casino in August. Seemed fair actually. Joe's spins used to arrive and had some reasonable wins. Bot oh my goodness. I echo others. It would appear that they've altered the RTP. Forty pounds plus my modest winnings STRAIGHT THROUGH yesterday. I've emailed them. Too ignorant to reply. What a shame if they are doing badly. Hi I just finished playing on trada and the thing is I'm really unhappy how clever these people think they are as I won abig win overy 5grand and it went off as win was wing . I then re loaded the game . no last win and also not showing on my history weird if ask me so I feel I been mugged off.and if not sorted I don't think I will give good reviews to trada to any one .the good ugly wild game thanks

If you go back a month, i would have rated Trada as one of the best casinos out there, mostly for the excellent live chat, the great bonuses, the super speedy withdrawals and just the fun and great usability of the site. Now, since moving to Aspire gaming platform they have gone from one of the best, to possibly the worst i have played at. The site layout is terrible, no option to search by provider, annoying pop ups, notifications of people (apparently) winning big on the right hand side of the screen.........and there can be games on there that don't show up on the 'all games' ption, meaning you have to type it in to search instead. The bonuses are shocking, 35% wagering, but when you play the slots on most games it will only take 50% of per spin instead of 100%, meaning basically the wagering should be set at 70%. Rubbish live chat, but the worst thing is the withdrawal times. I had a pending withdrawal for 3 days, i spoke to live chat who said i needed to send in a copy of my bank card (no e-mail asking for this) i did this and then it took 4 days for them to verify it, it then took a further 3 days for my withdrawal to be processed!! Do yourself a favour, and stay away!! Trada you used to be so good, what a shame, i can see people leaving in their droves sadly

Has its good and bad points.. I feel its games dont update very often but i have had wins paid out without hassles. average rating. Also i feel if you withdraw a big win its like they cap your next chances alot till they get some coin back from you..seems a little rigged but i have played here for over a year and im still an active ish player

Having received numerous emails from Trada with promotional offers, today I fancied a go and deposited, claiming an exciting 80 spins with a ten pounds deposit. This being only the second time in depositing, I was greatly impressed with the tidy and up together little casino. So much so that after a while, and having scanned the basic offers on site, i headed to chat to ask for some assistance with the promotions, as maybe there was some I was entitled to, as there was so many in my inbox, and obviously Customer Service will give me just that, CUSTOMER SERVICE! She never said anything like sorry to have kept you whilst she pulled off the link on her computer, and just left me waiting not knowing what was happening but presuming it was my WiFi again! I was that disgusted as a Customer to have been treated like it that I kept the chat, screen shot the excellence logo, and emailed TRADA, with my disgust. The response I received was shocking. The women dealing with it couldn’t understand what was so wrong with the way the CS dealt with me, and would I care to elaborate ( to be honest, they were probably related or best mates from school cos both were as rude, defensive and clueless to what CUSTOMER SERVICE was. And why I, as a CUSTOMER was upset! I explained bluntly by email to receive an extra special rude as hell response from no 2. I have all the conversations and also the Last one which was wow factor! You won’t have to do much diggin to see what I mean..... But have up loaded that already some where, ha, and people are commenting with there opinions on it all. And disgust
