Warm up series

Ordered warm hoodie in black then warm up T shirt in grey with matching shorts. Found this brand on Instagram and like the style.
The fit of these clothes is perfect for me and great quality of materials used. Iv payed a lot more for a premium brands that are no where near as good. Iv had numerous people comment on my hoodie asking where it’s from.
Keep up the great work and I look forward to purchasing more items.

I would avoid

Got sent wrong items. One black hoodie decent quality deffo not 45 quid worth. Grey hoodie you could spit through for the price its pretty poor

I ordered my partner a few items from…

I ordered my partner a few items from Toyg. There was a strike that delayed the delivery and one of the items I purchased was no longer in stock but Toyg sent me another item in place of the one that went out of stock. As well as also refunded me for the item that went out of stock. All the items I received looked just like the pictures and were great quality and fitting. My partner absolutely loves the clothing from here and wears them all the time. They are super cute and nice material.

BIG SCAM

BIG SCAM!
I have ordered several parts. After a very late delivery, a return was only processed after 2 months and countless emails to the support. You are left with the fees.

DO NOT ORDER!!
First placed my order in May, I received the order a couple of weeks later with 0 tracking information. The item was too big so I sent it back for an exchange. Again had 0 contact from them, I did receive the exchange eventually but again it was too big. I contacted them to ask if it was okay to send it back again for the smaller size and they said that was fine so that’s what I did. I have confirmation that the order was returned to the warehouse on the 19th of July but am still yet to hear anything from them (24th August) I have sent them countless emails, Instagram messages and have commented on their Instagram posts but still nothing. I have been nothing but patient but am furious now, they have both my money and my goods and are not replying to me. I have had to contact citizens advice as I feel helpless at this point.

BEWARE TOYG SCAMS PEOPLE..

Ordered a hoodie grey green on july 8 2022 emailed them multiple times and got no reply so i spammed their comments on Instagram and finally got a reply they said there was a customs problem or something they never respond to emails order came today(Aug 9) but got a sweater instead of a hoodie this was supposed to be a gift for someone on August 4 i waited for a month just to receive something i didn't order
