Arrived on time exactly as ordered. One plank had a bit of damage on the corner but luckily I needed to cut them down.

Not received anything not there fault DPD were to blame.
Not received anything.
Was told it would be delivered 16.06.22,
Today is 22.6.22
So there's nothing positive to say.
Ial take back and make a retraction statement, the delivery service (DPD) were to blame they came to the my address, but failed to leave the parcel in the porch even though he took a picture with the parcel at the porch, how strange!!!!
As for the sample product will collect tomorrow, which SILLY DPD failed to leave it in the porch 🙄🙄🙄🤔.
To be fair to tough decking company they seem extremely professional and chased up my complain promptly.

Thank you for your order of a free sample pack and is disappointing to see you feel this way about the delivery service. Looking at tracking this morning, your sample pack was dispatched on Monday 13/6/22 with DPD on a next day delivery service, with attempted delivery made the following day on Tuesday 14/6/22. Tracking details show an email was sent to you regarding this, so sorry if this was not received at your end.
On delivery attempt at 15.04pm it was noted by the courier that receiver was not known at address. I have forwarded a screenshot of tracking to your email address this morning (as i cannot sent through TrustPilot).
If you would still be interested in receiving a sample pack from us, then please let me know and i will dispatch a further sample pack to you.
Please confirm delivery address to avoid any further problems when reshipping.

Good Quality Products + Good Instructions
Couldn't fault the staff, all very helpful and genuine.
Decking is of a good quality and arrived on the day promised.
Would of given 5 stars but my internet order wasn't sent out complete, i was missing the starter clips so had to send the install team home for the day, but once I highlighted to them they put it right and had the missing parts next day.

You should of been provided the scheduled delivery date, when checking out on our website. The delivery date is confirmed by yourself before the order can be processed. The delivery date is also stated on your invoice, which i see was sent via email from our end at 13.34pm on Monday 25/4/22, along with delivery terms.
Due to the nature of the way it is sent and due to the length and weight of the product, we are unable to provide hour windows of delivery, but would always do our best to provide as much tracking information as we can on day of delivery.
Thank you again for your order and hope you enjoy your decking over the coming months.

Good Morning Martin, Thank you for your reply and sorry to hear of your frustration. We take matters like this very seriously and would like to get this resolved straight away for you.
We have managed to find your order using your email address which was for our free of charge composite decking sample pack. Upon checking with DPD this morning i can see that a delivery attempt was 19th April after being dispatched on the 14th April.
We dispatch all our sample packs on a next working day delivery service, however due to Good Friday and Easter Monday being bank holidays, unfortunately the next working day after these day would of been the 19th of April where a delivery attempt was made. Due to know one being home at the time of delivery attempt they delivered to a local pickup shop nearby.
Please contact any member of our team and we would be happy to confirm the location of the pickup shop or alternatively we can have this redirected back to your address.
Once again sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your project.

Very quick service, great tech help when organising what I needed. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The decking is nearly down now, looks and feels lovely and robust, exceptional quality for the cost.
Be prepared to possibly unload the decking yourself though. But depends on delivery company.

everything was fine, helpful and diligent staff, just two little hiccups , suspect beyond their control, first difference of £30 between quote on telephone and on line, caused by delivery charges and delivery was a day later, than predicted.
