i really love it, it smells so nice and it works super well

Still haven't received my package..... 2months into this nitemare & I promise I'll never buy from them again. Tracked the shipping order & supposedly it's went all over the country sometimes even back to a facility it had supposedly shipped from. Can't talk to customer service bc there's no number. I'm beginning to think that it's just a scam.

Horrible customer service! Do not buy from the company. Buy your product from Ulta or Sephora, where they will take a return if you do not like the scent.

This is disgusting. Huge amount of plastic and vinyl into the environment for an ounce of scented, gelled alcohol??? Anyone contributing to this scam is NOT keeping a low carbon footprint. Totally useless, way overpriced and environmentely DETRIMENTAL.

Horrible customer service! I placed an order from their website for my granddaughter’s birthday. As soon as I placed the order, I realized that I didn’t change the mailing address and the package was being sent to my home address. Since my granddaughter lives out of state, I contacted touchland customer service to try and get the mailing address changed. FYI, they do not list a phone number on the website, the only option is to send an email.

I sent an email that same day and they promptly acknowledged receipt of my message. However, several days later, they reached out (via email) to inform me that it was impossible to change the address on the order. I then responded back to inquire if I could cancel the order. Again, the answer was a hard NO. In fact, their exact answer was “ as we share on our website, unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We strive to fulfill orders promptly, and once they enter our processing system, we are unable to halt the process as we have an automated system. Our policy includes this information to help prevent any misunderstandings.” I went back to the we site and couldn’t easily locate this information!

I will not be ordering from this website again.

Never recieved my package as they claim. Worst customer service in trying to resolve

Don't purchase from its own website! I cannot cancel the order; everything was final sale even though I had not opened the package.
The customer service was awful. This is how they practice: They deny all the requests and explain that your requests are rejected based on those ridiculous policies made by themselves. :)

the hand sanitizer smells sooo good 😋! but for the price there isn’t much sanitizer in the bottle :(

I wouldn't order anything from them.. and if you do make sure you read their policies. I accidentally somehow put in my old address and I messaged them with my new one as soon as I noticed it was wrong (within mins) and they said they couldn't change it and I should have read their policy. And I know I wouldn't receive it due to it being wrong and asked for a refund a few weeks later (yesterday). They said they can't refund it because it says delivered , it's been delivered in NJ and I live In NC. So I guess I'm not getting my money back.

Company in California sending to Las Vegas NV....17 days to delivery.....find another source because their delivery time is terrible!

I order 10 hand sprays, so I spend little over 100 dollars for them. Sadly I never got my products. Touch land use USPS of course and as you know it’s the worse place to receive packages from. Anyways I never receive them, USPS said they delivered the package, I try reaching out USPS service customer service I was a hold for an hour before I got disconnected. I reach out to touchland letting them know I never receive my product and they reply with oh well USPS said it was delivered and there nothing they can do for me to reach out to USPS. I’m highly disappointed because I was so excited to try these touchable sprays. But I’m left paying for something I never received. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM TOUCH LAND AGAIN.

I love Touchland! The scents smell amazing and are very travel friendly. I do have one problem though, the price. Now don't get me wrong here, $10 for a bottle of hand sanitizer that gives 500 total sprays, not that good. But I can see why it is $10 per bottle. Overall, if you haven't bought Touchland yet, it's very much worth it!

I have been waiting on my order. They have shipped it wrong. This has become a complete nightmare. I would have ordered from another company had I known this would be a mess. I have no information regarding my package. It is currently floating around out there. No response from customer service either.

Touchland is the best! I love their products bc they keep my hands hydrated and soft while also being clean!

Also, they're customer service is great! If you're a reasonable customer and don't have any wildly unreasonable expectations, they will absolutely be able to help you!

Loving this hand sanitizer! The packaging looks great and the feeling after applying the mist cannot compare to the usual stickiness and strong alcoholic smell of the other hand sanitizers!

I bought three of their Power Mist sanitizers. I am really impressed by the quality! Not only they are beautifully made but the actual sanitizer leaves my hands feeling as good as if I had just applied a moisturizer. Definitely getting more.

Package was in transit for over 25 days and was marked delivered but I didn't receive it. When I reached out to customer service, they accused me of entering the wrong address, etc. and demanded that I spend my time with USPS, who also did not solve my issue.
Their sanitizers were overpriced and highly scented before their "rebrand" and I was looking forward to trying out the new scents. But I will not be doing that now—Over $100 for 10 sanitizers with NON-INSURED shipping is ridiculous. Will never purchase again.

LOVE IT! I just love my mint power mist. I love the fresh scent and the fact that it doesn't dry my hands. Will definitely buy again, I'm dying to try other scents.
