Great service, no fuss, tidy job.

This was for a conservatory that first needed planning permission. There were some delays at first because usually no planning is needed. After planning was sorted (Marcin from TotalHome has helped a lot with this), they did reach out (Marcin again) and asked for a time that would work for replacing the old conservatory with this new one. There were some smaller issues when they were installing it (for instance a window glass unit with the wrong size) and Marcin again sorted the issue and got the right one. They worked very cleanly and always friendly. Even though it took longer than I thought at first, everything is now done and I would recommend TotalHome.

Poor poor fitting and service. No aftercare at all. Got them to install windows and fascia. Mould and spores appeared on all of our windows. We could hear every sound outside. Damp down all my walls. They came out and told me it was moisture in my house. I never had this issue with my old windows. 2 years of fighting with them and they finally come out and admit they didn't install the windows correctly by not filling the cavities around the windows. They also didn't fit the window trims which is why the windows were whistling.
They also discovered that the original fitter didn't put vents in my fascia hence the damp running down my walls.
When I justly asked for my repairs deposit back of £50 as it was through no fault of mine they ignored my email. I have also asked that they compensate me for having to redecorate the rooms with damp but again has fallen on deaf ears and I have been ignored.
I highly recommend going elsewhere

Unfortunately I was away when new windows and doors were fitted so had to rely on husband making sure all was OK; because of the very experienced and fastidious workers I had nothing to be concerned about as a perfect job has been completed

We have just had a garden room built by total home, I had visited the showroom to look at garden rooms and was so impressed with the sales people that I decided there and then total home would build my garden room. Clayton Stevie and Tony were amazing they worked so hard and literally didn’t stop!! The guys left my garden spotless at the end of each day they did an amazing job I am extremely fussy and couldn’t fault them in anyway it was such a pleasure to have them work at my home. If your looking a 5 star job this is the place to go, I would not hesitate to use this company again well Impressed!

Marcin, Richard, Dom, Charlene and Jim are amazing ambassadors for Total Home NI. I always had a positive encounter with everyone and they were super professional all the way through to final installation and snagging.

We had a complicated set of windows and doors and so can had some issues to work on. However, this was to be expected given the workload.

I was so impressed by their can do attitude and willingness to get things right for us. I am so very grateful, especially to Marcin.

I had to pleasure to speak to the boss Ronny and I found him to be just like his team. It shows that he cares for his team and the customer.

Whilst experiencing delays from the manufacturer I had to call a few times to try and get some help. Thankfully Marcin stepped in and was able to help move things forward and kept me informed along the way. The door is brilliant and we're delighted with the end result. Just had patio windows and a door installed, the 2 guys that fitted them were super efficient, quick and very pleasant 🙂 they really impressed me, because they even cleaned up all their mess! My house was all clean and sorted straight away! I have never had such amazing service! Thank you Tony and Steve! You done a fab job...
Oh and the new windows look great 👍

We're very happy with the quality of the doors and the workmanship involved. There was a minor problem with one of the doors which didn't suit our requirements but everything was resolved quickly and with a minimum of fuss. We are delighted with the finished products.

From the initial choosing of my door, to the estimates, measuring, ordering and fitting I found the company very easy to deal with. The fitter was exceptional. Job completed expertly, everywhere tidied up that you would have thought my door had been fitted by magic. Highly recommend

Total Home NI transformed the outside of our home with our dream windows. Their customer service was absolutely superb, from the designing of the windows to the fitting. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I waited 2 months later for my order and then when fitted it catches when closing from day after fitting I have contacted the office and told they would ring me that’s 2 weeks ago still no call from them to arrange fixing. Very disappointed

I put four tenders out to quote for these patio doors, although not the cheapest I decided to go with home improvements. They did let me down on the fitting date which was a pain for me as I ended up having to take two days off instead of one. However the quality of the new patio doors are good and apart from a damaged cover plate which was replaced the same day as they were informed about it. The idea of using this company was to judge there work was for future plans I have mind and would certainly be in with a shout to quote for these.

Really pleased with my new front door, it's well fitted and the team are all friendly to deal with.

Not an experience I would want to have again. Communication was the main issue, at times it was pleasant and at times not so much. There were delays in having the door installed due to internal communication issues within the company and the issue not being communicated to myself, the sales manager I believe done his level best to deliver a great service but was let down by his team which in turn caused the bad service delivered to myself. I was offered redress to mitigate the bad service which did help to some extent, and in the end I got my new front door installed, albeit a bit late than planned, and not fully to spec.

Richard the sales manager was genuinely annoyed that the high level of customer service they would normally deliver fell short on this occasion and did what he could make things right and to him I say thank you.

On the door itself it does look fantastic, definitely a much need improvement on the previous door.
