Dr. Rosse prescribed a medication which requires prior authorization. The pharmacy sent the request over one week ago. Without the prior authorization, the cost of the medication is way too much for me to afford. I've tried calling the office multiple times with no success and am unable to leave a voicemail. This not the first time I've been unable to contact the office. I have little option but to cease my relationship with Dr. Rosse.

Ik wilde m'n lesdag annuleren en verplaatsen naar een ander moment vanwege een opname op de hart EHBO in de nacht voor de cursus.Toen ik hierover belde, kreeg ik te horen dat de annulering mij 100 procent van m'n betaalde cursusgeld zou kosten en ik als ik het verplaatste 50 procent korting zou krijgen. Ja als ik het 2 weken eerder had laten weten dan zou het me niets kosten. Alsof ik 2 weken van te voren weet dat ik een hartaanval krijg. Ik heb zelf ooit een opleidingscentrum in een soort gelijke branch gerund en volgens mij bestaat er ook nog zoiets als overmacht en coulance. Ik had hele goeie verhalen over total health gehoord en ben,na een tegenvaller eerder bij Qing Bai,bij hun terecht gekomen om totaal in ongeloof en berooid achter te blijven.

Lewis is fantastic and is always proactive with advice, reassurance and lots of knowledge! Our regular sports massage sessions have helped me achieve several PBs in sporting events over the last 9 months (including half marathons, open water swim and a Hyrox). For the first time in a long time, I have remained injury free whilst training for events. The total health clinic team are always welcoming, and the 6 sessions for the price of 5 deal is great!

The booking process was straightforward and the location at my clinic in King's Lynn was on the outskirts of the town and easily accessible.
My physio was performed by Stephen, who listened carefully to my issues and the circumstances of how they happened and after an initial examination explained fully what he thought my problems were. Careful treatment was performed and exercises prescribed to help with my pains in between visits. At the end of my treatment which lasted for six sessions I was able to return to work. Throughout the treatment process Stephen was a calming and considerate clinician and gave me confidence to in what I could do to help my symptoms and at what point to stop so that I didn't make things worse.
I would highly recommend using this service from the experience that I had.

I’ve been to Ben on and off for many years now. My wife and daughter have also both seen Ben when they have had an issue over the years. It’s all about trust and we certainly trust Ben and would unreservedly recommend him.

I have had regular appointments with Neil for several months now for neck arthritis.He is always very professional and gives helpful advice on exercises I can do in between appointments. The treatment has made a big difference to the pain and stiffness.I would recommend Neil and Total Health without hesitation.

My 8 year old daughter sustained a severe ankle injury from playing tennis. David was professional and efficient but more importantly he was personable and engaged with my daughter throughout her effective treatment plan. She is now back playing tennis for the county. After visiting Claire she did her very best to improve my hip pain and sent me exercises to do. I would recommend her physio to anyone that needs it.

I'd done too much work at my allotment over a few days and, with lots of other things going on this year that were making me tense, had messed up my neck muscles on the RHS, and my back muscles were giving me slight problems. I was recommended Total Health in Stamford and booked in with Lewis for Osteopathy. He was extremely thorough when taking health, lifestyle details etc and then worked on my neck. Muscles were really tight and sore when worked on so I knew it was necessary to have the treatment.
Lewis recommended keeping moving and walking with some gentle movement exercise and 3 weekly sessions, followed by 2 fortnightly and 2 monthly.
After 4 weeks, I've got a lot more movement in my neck and back, am doing gentle work up my allotment and feel a lot more in tune with myself.
Lewis is very calming, reassuring and cheerful and I would highly recommend him.

I have been going to Total Health for some time now, having maintenence follow ups with David. I do experience flair ups from time to time but David is excellent in getting me back on track. I also like the 6 for 5 treatment plan... very good value.

I have been using these guys for sometime and David is great at releasing the tension and pain in my neck. Much better than painkillers! David is a very pleasant chap and we have a good chat about cricket as well.

At the start of treatment I was sceptical of what I was being told, however Matt's approach to treatment proved to be effective and he is very good at his job, thanks Matt.

Neil has been absolutely brilliant. He really gets to know your situation and works with you to improve and help you back to full fitness.

I have been treated by Darren for a rotator cuff problem. He was extremely knowledgeable & friendly at all times. Will not hesitate in going back with any other issue that arise. Definitely recommend.

I had an appointment with David, the Podiatrist, for an injection into my ankle. David explained everything beforehand and how I would feel after the treatment. He was very thorough and professional as well as being friendly and putting me at ease. I would certainly recommend Totsl Health with no hesitation.

I injured my hamstring whilst running early in October. I furthermore aggravated it a few weeks later. At this point I decided I needed help. Lewis has been brilliant and has boosted my confidence. So far I have had massages, osteopathy and physiotherapy. Lewis now has me running on a treadmill with the hope I’ll make a full recovery by January.

I have been attending the clinic for a couple of years because of foot and hip issues during Covid. I had a series of appointments with a physio and then Ben and it wasn’t long before I was able to resume my fitness regime. I now attend for maintenance and have been able to address back/posture issues. Ben and his team are extremely professional and friendly, putting you at ease, listening carefully to concerns. I’ve found the follow up exercises very helpful indeed.
