PPP First let me preface this review with the fact that we went to this Top Golf for my Girlfriends BIRTHDAY. Now, to begin with how awful this management team and this location was, we were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on the way there because of a car accident on the highway. Being nice people like we are, we called them to give a heads up and make them aware. I was told immediately that I would lose my time on the lane because I had a reservation. I informed them that we were being very kind to let them know or our situation and that it was beyond our control, as well as the fact that it was my Girlfriends birthday. They said they would send the issue to the manager. So we show up 15 minutes late to the reservation, and I nicely approach the manager (Kyrie - half red died short hair). I explain the situation, informing her it was a birthday and we would greatly appreciate them extending the 15 minutes so we can get our full time that we paid for ahead of time. I was then told that she would check to see when the next guests arrived on our lane and that they are “corporate so they could not accommodate to traffic” but would see what she could do. So we go to our lane, began golfing when The SERVER came over and told us that unfortunately there was a party coming in after so they could not extend the time. Mind you, the SERVER, not the manager. The server also told us that if we walked in instead of making a reservation, we would not of had to deal with our troubles. At this point there were at least 20 open bays. We finished up our time which ended up being a total of 1 hour. 10 minutes before we were finished, the server came up to remind us of our time!!! The entire time we golfed, the three bays next to us had nobody there, not one person. Once we paid, I then went around to count all of the open bays, which were over 30!!! Over 30 bays and they couldn’t extend our BIRTHDAY reservation by 15 minutes. I am absolutely appalled by their lack of customer service and terrible management team. They were the worst I have ever experienced and I have worked in the restaurant/customer service industry for over 20 years. Kyrie was the name of the Manager who had no sympathy whatsoever. While her co manager Norman played golf next to us the whole time at the EMPTY bay. We then stayed there for 15 minutes to see if anyone would show up. Can you guess what happened?! Not one person!!! Unbelievable, I would never recommend going to this establishment and hope that this company fires Kyrie once they read this review. Next time you should treat your guests with respect and be understanding of peoples situations, especially when it is someone’s BIRTHDAY. We will never go back to this place for as long as we live. DO NOT GO THERE.

Trying to just plan a special 60th birthday celebration was the most awful experience ever. I knew that Customer Service has gone downhill - but hadn't realized how bad it had gotten. Sara at the Brandon Florida top golf seemed more interested in the $$$ than making sure the event was fun and special to us - the paying customers. Even telling me that I could only purchase certain platter specials they put together - which we wouldn't eat any of those items - and that we couldn't just order off the menu like everyone else - even giving them the order a month in advance was a no. Paying for $400 worth of food we wouldn't eat didn't make any sense. Her reply - sorry but that's how this works. Sara sent me a quote along with other paperwork which included a promotion they were running. So I of course wanted to do the promotion and then was told I could NOT. Even stating that they couldn't get me 4 bays all together - when I was planning over a month in advance. They can do 3 bays togethers at full price - but 4 bays together to do the promotion she herself sent me was NOT possible. So confusing and common sense seems to have just gone out the door. So needless to say - after trying to plan this event for 3 weeks - I am frustrated and upset and not sure I even want to walk into a Top Golf anymore. I definitely won't recommend them to anyone!

Be careful, before you know you pay twice. We had an online booking and payed with visa for the game. At the location we had some food and drinks, we asked the bill, the bayhost gave us the bill and we diceded to pay cash, se we paid cash + we signed the tip on the bill. I came home and saw there was 313 dollars from my visa. so we paid twice! ok, we signed the bill for the tip, and on the bill was written "visa accepted' we did't saw it. we're from acros the globe so we don't know that much about signed bills and tips. at the end they don't pay our money back.. In my opinion, for a company like topgolf. If you have a bayhost working for you and she/he don't know how to complete a payment, I think that's a problem. and I think it's not a fault from the client. "Client is king" , not at topgolf.

Terrible customer service . I missed my call by two minutes after waiting 4 hours to be seated !! Try to talk to girl behind counter and explain she was nasty and rude she said you have to wait another 4 hours to get seated like everyone else !!! Then she got into a argument with us called my fiancée a stupid white!!!! This came out of the Hostess
Great place - dirty toilets
Came here spontaneously with a friend. We loved it. Super friendly service and food/drink service was great.
Toilets are disgusting so try to go before going!

I paid for fast track for 15 people online . I had never been before and was unaware of the system.
On arrival I found out £110 was just to get through the door quicker if I had known this I would of just waited. I then found out I had to create individual membership and pay another £100.for balls which allowed me to play.
I think.its unfair that children under 16 ( in my group the age range was 5 to 15) have to have their personal information stored ..also this process took so long to do .
It was also unclear on the website how this data is stored and the purpose.
I original was directed to book an event package which would cost me £720.00 we had complicated dietary requirements in our group but I could not remove the food element as that was the events package.
I have a life limited illness this was meant to be a family day with my siblings and their children.
with confusing information and no direction this visit started stressful and frustrating.
I gave 2stars as the children enjoyed the game and I enjoyed watching them laugh .
In all I spent £300 for 2hours entertainment which is not value for money .
I would never use top golf again for a large group I would rather go parachute jumping !!!!!!
Nasty water!!!
We honestly always have a really good time golfing. But on todays trip my group of four all ordered waters and about 1/4 ways through my water I felt something hit the back of my throat so upon inspection of my water I find various things floating all about in my water, so I check everyone else’s waters and see the same. Chunks and pieces of various colors all floating in our water. To say the least I’m highly disgusted. Wash your cups better, top golf!!!

I'm giving you a one because you are associated with WGT golf. For those that dont know, wgt golf is an online app. My dad played this game for over 3 years everyday. My dad is confined to a wheelchair and this is the closest thing to playing golf he can do. His account was permanently suspended by wgt because his son created a new account on his phone. So he was suspended for having multiple accounts. He explained this to wgt and offered to pay money for any loss wgt encountered due to the multiple account. WGT didn't even respond to him. So I tool it upon myself to email wgt, try to explain in more detail and also told them about my dad and his story as to why he's confined to a wheelchair. WGT, no response. My dad suffers from depression and wgt had become his new hobby and.passion life. WGT, could care less. At the very least they could have responded. Loom at their reviews. Hundreds of people with the same complaints. So if your associated with them then you probably care about your customers just as much as they do which is 0%. Enjoy out money because you sure as gell dont care if a man dies because he couldn't play a damn video game. Unreal!!! I can already see as well from your own reviews that you want give one good crap either.

Just horrible…..ordered (3) gift cards for Christmas from them the week BEFORE Thanksgiving……..cards NEVER ARRIVED and not one email or callback or anything from them after I emailed AND called and left messages ……now on JANUARY 6th……finally got an email stating they were now shipping them!!! Thanks for ruining Christmas! This WILL be the last gift cards I ever order and my kids will not be going back there as instructed. Horrible customer service!
Misleading and disappointing
So bad! We were told it would be a 3-3 1/2hr wait. Understandable because it was a holiday week. However, When we came back 3hrs later we were told it would be another 2 hrs. They were obviously short handed but at 6pm they were still taking reservations and telling people 3hrs. We didn’t need drinks of food but they wouldn’t let us golf at the 6-8 open lanes. Very disappointed on the managing of the place.
BE CAREFUL
BE CAREFUL. I booked a two bay event and then tried to cancel a week in advance due to covid exposure. I was told "sorry, not sorry" on my deposit even though the website says if you cancel within 24 hours you'll receive a full refund. I sent an email canceling my event on a Thursday night for the Friday the FOLLOWING week and they see this as within 7 days and no deposit is refunded BECAUSE I RESERVED TWO BAYS.
SO TO RECAP, I NOW MUST TAP MY INTEGRITY AND EAT A PERSONAL LOSS TO KEEP TOPGOLF CUSTOMERS HEALTHY, A LESSER PERSON WOULD COME ANYWAY!
Just know you might be next to someone who doesn't feel well but didn't want to lose money.

Put me on hold 3 separate times when all I was trying to do was look up my topgolf ID. Wasted 30 minutes of my life looking for simple information and I don’t think the CSR had any sort of proficiency in using a computer or speaking the English language.

Great experience at Top Golf....we all loved the atmosphere and the games. The restaurant was closed due to Covid, but that can't be helped and didn't upset our day. The staff couldn't be more helpful.
Worst experience ever customer service…
Worst experience ever customer service is terrible ask to rent two lanes only got one with eight people was told by the employee working that it was too bad that we were on the lower level and that he personally did not want to be on the lower level himself so it was too bad we had to be on the lower level. University of Cincinnati weekend family event spent at top golf with one lane and eight people and only 610Waited over 2 1/2 hours to be completely disappointed will never go back again and will make sure we let everyone know how bad it is.
