A terrible service. I bought a years subscription and I regret it so much. They send you doubles month after month, just the exact same item every month. Not even good products, I got Eucerin cream 3 times. The items are extremely tiny. Smaller than sample size. No name garbage brands. Zero customer service. They don't even answer your emails. This is a scam, no doubt. Save your money, avoid this scam.

This site has zero customer service representative Support. I've written reviews on this site before I absolutely get nothing from them. I've been a member since last year. They've updated my points. Maybe once they activity on their site is very very sparse.

I can never get any products to review and I would love to work with them. They seem to update the their surveys every other month. It's very frustrating to visit the site and see no updated surveys to do. I asked many times if there is any problem with my account that I am never picked, they send a computer generated response which does not help at all.

This site is not what I hoped it would be maybe it's just for younger people not for women over 55.

I recently received a Loreal Metal detox hair mask to try. The mask delivered, it only took one minute and my hair felt amazingly soft and super shiny. I would definitely purchase and recommend this hair mask especially if you have a colour or highlights in your hair.

I've been a long time customer of this subscription service and I used to love it. Unfortunately lately the customer service has been horrible and several of my orders never arrived with customer service telling me "oh well! Too bad". They would neither refund me nor replace the missing orders. In fact, their customer service rep was rather snotty with me. I'm not going to pay for items I'm not receiving and they have lost a loyal customer.

Never got the surprise box at all .. and now even though given I sent proof of mpayment they will not send either another one to replace the one I did not get or A REFUND they are constantly answering my emails with no solutions .. asking ofr order numbers they shoudl have the order number .. never never never had such bad service ever ..

First I got 2 full size products. After completing my subscription, I only got sample size products. Was the first shipment a way to get my subscription? I refuse to pay 16$ a month for 4 sample size products. It would make more sense if you would get a least one full size product. I cancelled my subscription.

I have hardwater issues so my feet is often dry and cracked , within 2 days of using Eucerin Complete Repair Moisturizing Cream that I received as a free sample the cracks started to heal and my feet are now smooth. Will definitely buy this product.

Stuff you can get for free at any cosmetic counter. Total rip off!! Save your money!! The amount of packaging is too much, for the little tiny product that you get. I would add a photo if I could. Do not purchase the monthly subscription

For the price it’s totally worth it. I’ve had some really great scores over the years. Loyal long time customer here.

Box was sent to my old address even tho I gave my new address almost a month before the items shipped snd got confirmation of my new address change.

Now saying I have to buy another box next month to have the other box shipped. Not gonna happen cause I have had so many issues with items I have received.

They refuse to refund or ship to the right address unless I buy another box and it would ship with that.

They sent out an old/expired/discontinued Sephora dey shampoo product as our last "Beauty Surprise" and they won't replace that either unless I buy more boxes.

Oh my goodness this company rocks. They have been attentive to every question or concern I have. The products I receive are the best of that category. I can't say enough good about these people. They even put a birthday box together for me which is unheard of. The boxes are worth every penny and then some.

I'm impressed with this subscription service because not only is it based in Canada (like me!) but it delivers exactly what it says it will and arrives on time, and the products are really varied and nice. Pretty high quality, too.

Also there's usually only one bath/spa product which I dig, I want to get all makeup ideally and hate when you just get a bunch of face masks or soap or something, and so far with TopBox I've got a Becca holo lip gloss, luna highlighter, a really nice copper gold face mask, HQ nail polish, 2 pigmented lip lacquers, and a lot more.

They don't charge an arm and a leg for shipping like most Canadian subscription boxes, THANK YOU for that!!!

The only thing I don't like is how they email you a reminder every month about how you should update your address if you've moved, it's just more inbox clutter and I think most people are going to do this if they move and if they don't that's not on the company! And the whole swapping boxes out thing is really confusing - I don't get that? You get an email asking if you want to get a theme box instead of the regular box, and this just doesn't make sense to me. So yeah, less emails asking us to do stuff we don't necessarily have to do would make the experience better!
