did everything i expected from an internet selling site, delivery was within scheduled time.
only downside, i couldnt track delivery online, so had to wait each day to see when it would arrive.
Package was broken and there was a loose item inside, which fortunately didnt escape.

This my first top of the range cordless drill (milwaukee C18 pd ) no one could touch the price i got it for . This drill was reviewed at the top 3% plus i have 3 years warranty . Its perfect for my sort of work ( I am an electrician ) so if you want high end tools at a decent price toolbox is the place , cheers

They go the extra mile to be helpful and make sure if an items not in stock they tell you straight away with an expected stock due date. The goods always arrive before that date.

I searched on-line for a particular item, found toolbox to be at a good price and seemed reasonable postage cost and delivery time. I was not disappointed, item arrived within a few days. Have put in my favourites list and will buy from again.

Quality product (fault code reader) well package etc. Excellent value. Delivery was slow, partly down to Royal mail I suspect but dispatch was not as good as some suppliers who can dispatch for next day delivery on orders up to 19:00.

I've been very happy with all my purchases from Toolbox. The right product comes quickly at a reasonable price. It's a better deal to buy several things at once, as shipping costs add up if you buy a lot of individual items. Even so, a single item with shipping is often cheaper than buying from other sites or from a chain store. It will never beat my local independent hardware store, but for consumables and specialised tools, it's almost invaluable.

Said the product was in stock when I placed my order, then said it would be a week then a week later when I chased delivery they then said they were not going to get it and cancelled the order and said my refund would happen in the next few days.
No communication whatsoever other than automated response from their MD saying how good they were !!!!!!

Thought these work vests would be great on the range,and so I ordered five medium.No, not all for me as we do have some Slim Jims with ATEO.
We shall see on weekend of 25th/26th February at Newark.
