Too Faced Cosmetics Omdömen 

I just purchased the Damn Girl mascara, seeing that this was made with vegan ingredients. My eyes have become swollen and itchy again with this product after one use so I will not be able to continue using the product and also unable to return due to residing in Canada and purchased while spending the weekend in northern US. I thought this product being advertised as vegan would finally allow me to get the volume I'm looking for however beware if you also experience irritation easily as it does not seem to make a difference.

Really disappointed I purchased the “better than sex” mascara as I’ve previously bought lipsticks and loved them so thought I’d give the mascara a go (I normally use a top hight street brand) that costs half the price that works better…. so firstly it doesn’t build up anymore from 1st application after the 2nd coat it ends up clumpy , the wand/brush is very bulky and I find it really clumsy to use after a handful of hours of wear it smudges under eyelids and by evening my eyes feel slightly irritated (never had this with any other mascara before) it’s a shame as I had high hopes for this especially at the price it is but I won’t be buying it again

Thank you for responding to my review via email.

I honestly want to let you know that as a mother who purchased this for her children as a birthday gift, I find it frightening that it continues to be sold without more warning, other that small print at the bottom of the tube.

My daughters and I applied the lip gloss to lips only, one normally would, yet the reaction occurred over their chin, cheeks nose and all around our mouth area.

Your 'small print warning' should state that the reaction can occur all over the face, not just to where the product was applied.

I have used many beauty products and I have never, ever had an allergic reaction to anything. Fortunately, we had an antihistamine on hand to take. I was very close to going to the local hospital due to fear of anaphylaxis developing.

I am also a medical professional and my husband is a GP and therefore understand when an allergic reaction is occurring and how they occur. However the rate at which the allergy developed after applying the product to my lips ONLY, as my children also did, was alarming.

I have since seen so many reviews and images online of people having the same reaction and am astounded and frankly horrified that something like this continues to be sold and marketed to young people without adequate warnings. Many people are unaware of how to manage an allergic reaction, may not have access to antihistamine and may develop serious breathing issues as a result of lip and facial swelling.

I have thrown the product away and now my children have learned a very valuable lesson to never buy your products again.

There are many choices on the market and it seems absurd that you would continue making such a product when there is known adverse skin reactions.

Il primo ordine l'ho effettuato nel 2023 ed è andato a buon fine. Un po' lunghi i tempi di spedizione, ma nulla da ridire. Ho poi provato ad acquistare due volte di nuovo ed è impossibile: i soldi vengono bloccati dal conto (in quanto viene fatta richiesta di autorizzazione) ma dell'ordine nessuna traccia!
La cosa "divertente" è che contrariamente a quanto segnalato sul sito, dovete aspettare 72 (SETTANTADUE, 3 GIORNI!) ore prima di poter segnalare l'assenza dell'ordine al customer care, perché dicono che il sistema può metterci fino a 3 giorni per registrare l'ordine (roba assurda e non vera). Inoltre dovete aspettare 14 giorni (+ i 3 precedenti) per il reso.
Peccato per la qualità del prodotto, ma vi sconsiglio veramente l'acquisto dal sito.
L'assistenza clienti inoltre non è particolarmente utile e non riesce a fornire supporto.

Una auténtica estafa, les he escrito y llamado por teléfono también pero no he recibido respuesta alguna, y tampoco mi pedido. He puesto una reclamación por la Ocu y no han contestado, y he perdido mi dinero. Una vergüenza

Les escribí a Consumercare-soc @ gcc.elc.estee.com tal como me dicen aquí, unos días antes de que ellos me lo dijesen ya que cogí de aquí el email y también les volví a escribir cuando me contestaron por aquí, TAMPOCO ME HAN CONTESTADO A ESOS EMAILS, SIGO SIN SABER NADA DE MI PEDIDO NI DE MI DINERO, tampoco contestan en la web, ni al teléfono falso ya que no tiene línea, ni a instagram

La prima volta che ho ordinato é andato tutto ok ma le due volte successive… gli ordini non sono stati generati dal sito ma si le transazioni! ! Quindi i soldi li prendono ma niente ordini!!! Ora vediamo se rimborsano davvero come mi hanno assicurato… ma che razza di sito hanno??? É veramente assurdo per un brand del genere!

Jak przeczytałam opinie to aż mnie zmroziło, bo zamówienie na stronie toofaced.eu już opłaciłam.. na szczęście obyło się bez niespodzianek, marka stanęła na wysokości zadania jeśli chodzi o realizację zamówienia, nawet firma kurierska UPS na moje polecenie zmieniła termin doręczenia. Kartonik z paleta dobrze zabezpieczony, cienie są przepiękne, ale na wszelki wypadek moje następne zamówienie kosmetyków tej marki zrobię na bardziej popularnych stronach. Sugerując się opiniami widzę, że miałam sporo szczęścia, ale chcę dać nadzieję innym klientom, że jeszcze nie wszystko stracone.

Dołączam do grupy oszukanych klientów. Od ponad tygodnia nie otrzymałam żadnej konkretnej informacji odnośnie mojego zamówienia lub zwrotu środków. Najpierw moje zamówienie nie zostało wygenerowane, ale środki pobrane. Potem zero kontaktu z obsługą a na infolinii lakoniczne przeprosiny i obietnica wysłania zamówienia. W końcu na chacie w whats app uzyskałam informację, że zamówienie do nich nie trafiło a środki zostaną zwrócone. To było w czwartek, nadal pomimo wysłanej reklamacji na maila nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi kiedy zwrócą środki. SKANDAL. Zraziłam się ogromnie. Więcej nic nie kupię.

I ordered something 2 weeks ago from this website. It said it will be shipped in 1 to 2 days, I keep checking the order status, and it says it's still in the warehouse. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this site! I hope it comes eventually!

Tenía miedo de pedir en le web de TooFaced debido a los malos comentarios, pero al final pedí ya que tenían unas ofertas buenisimas. Al cabo de 5 días, el pedido estaba en mi casa y todo perfecto y a unos precios muy buenos, volveré a comprar sin duda, me ha salido todo por la mitad de precio que en Sephora.

Widzę, że nie jestem wyjątkiem. Już kolejne moje zamówienie na stronie toofaced nie zostało wygenerowane. Pieniądze pobrane z konta, brak potwierdzenia email i brak zamówienia na koncie. Teraz pieniądze zablokowane na miesiąc. To jest zwykła pralnia pieniędzy. Chyba czas żeby zajęła się Wami policja. I nie piszcie, że mam się z wami kontaktować bo już to robiłam wielokrotnie. Ostatni raz dałam się wam okraść. Omijać szerokim łukiem tą stronę i tą markę.

Niestety, od października nie można nic zamówić przez stronę sklepu, płatność przechodzi, a zamówienie się nie generuje i do sklepu nie trafia.

Zamówieni nie zrealizowane ,pieniądze zablokowane, ani maila zwrotnego o zakupie ani nic. Omijać szerokim łukiem dziadów

Totalny brak profesjonalizmu, zarówno w sferze marketingu jak i obsługi klienta. Anulacja zamowienia i bezczelne tlumaczenie sie prawem bez pokrycia w ustawach. Następnie klamstwa o braku dostępności produktów w magazynie. Ta firma to kpina. I nawet nie próbujcie mi pisać, żebym się z wami skontaktowała w sprawie swojego zamówienia, bo się kontaktujemy od września, 2 miesiące klamst ze strony Too Faced.

Zero stelle se potessi. Vergogna! Ho fatto un ordine, mi hanno preso i soldi e non ho mai ricevuto conferma via email. E passata una settimana. Sto cercando di contattarli ma non rispondono! Una vergogna. Non comprate online!

Nie zwrócili kosztów za anulowane zamówienie. Minęło już ponad 3 tygodni…..
