Customer service very good
Purchased a number of different types of tiles for a bathroom project. Customer service team was very good at getting in touch for certain tiles that were currently out of stock and gave us options for how to proceed which meant we ended up with everything we needed and quickly resolved an error in being charged for shipping. Would recommend.

Lovely quality tiles
Lovely quality tiles, arrived and shipped promptly. Although some damage occurred to some of the tiles in transit, customer services were brilliant and emailed out a claim form for damaged items and replacements were sent the next working day. So can’t complain
