Bought masks ,they had copper wire sticking out near your eyes potentially dangerous .Sent them a letter and did not receive an answer. This is like some fly by night company like it's made in China? Someone can be hurt with wires exposed by eyes . I wouldnt shop here they dont care!

I placed an order on 9-30-21 for a Large Shoulder support shirt. When it arrived it was too small and attempted to contact your customer service number on the packing slip on 10-5-21. I was on hold for 25 minutes which exceeded your 5pm closing time so I hung up. Today 10-6-21 I called at 345pm est. and was on hold again for 22 minutes when your line disconnected, I called back again for another 32 minutes when I finally made contact with an agent. I explained to her that I needed the next larger size and was told I needed to return the item for a refund and once the refund and when I got the refund I could order the larger size but would have to call in again to get the 40% discount when I purchased the original shirt. Their website and packing slip BOTH have returns and exchanges, WHY would you require a customer to re-submit an order when an exchange for a larger size was requested that is what custom service does or in this case should do ? I don't get it you advertise that your customers are more a "Following than Costumers" , well after this experience It will take convincing to purchase another Tommie Copper item EVER again

Ordered compression wear for my husband online supposedly Canada TC. I must have missed the check your order - before I knew it I had paid US $ on items and $75 for delivery, never paid that kind of price for delivery, it's Canada not Russia. Called customer service within 5 mins. Said they couldn't cancel the order. Never order again.
If you unsubscribe from mailing list they re-subscribe you spamming you forever
I bought an item years ago, and because they have my email in their system, they’ve been spamming me nonstop. Every time I hit “unsubscribe” at the bottom of every Tommie Copper’s email, it redirects me to their site, and instead, re-subscribes me all over again without an option to remove my email from their mailing list. I want to make this stop from the ten emails I get daily. When I say TEN, I mean TEN OR MORE.
Unsolicited Emails are driving me crazy - cannot block, cannot unsubscribe. Total Annoyance.
I like the product, however there is no way to unsubscribe from their Junk EMAILS. At least 4-5 per day. That is why they are getting a single Star.
Uncomfortable product and no refund after returning
Bought some shirts from Tommie Copper. Felt comfortable buying because of their "60 day money back guarantee". Shirts were uncomfortable, so I shipped them back. After 3 weeks (from confirmed delivery of the return), I still had not received my refund. I then sent them an email/message inquiring about my refund through their website - zero reply after 3 days. Now I have to contact my cc and dispute the charge. Total trash company!
UPDATE: 11 MINUTES AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW, I RECIEVED A FULL REFUND.

Bought a large long sleeve top and full length bottom. Both were large. The bottom was so tight I could stand it. It was cutting off circulation. I am 6 ft tall and weigh 170. A large should have worked. I sent it back and eventually got a refund for the bottom.

Masks look great and are comfortable
Masks look great and are comfortable. They seem well made. Very sad to leave a bad review. They are impossible to breathe in. They are made of a loose fitting fabric that sucks into your nose and mouth when you inhale and the exhausted air does not exist the mask upon exhale. Almost passed out while shopping. Tried the gym right after (don't ask me why...) And like the frog slowly boiled, I hit hypoxia and stumbled to a place off camera for some survival breaths. I cut the inner layer of fabric out to try the salvage the mask, because I like the aesthetic, but there is no salvaging this 14 dollar purchase. Sad to say. I wish the company well. A more rigid outer layer and more breathable inner layer may fix this issue. Maybe a netting for the replaceable filter slot? Or in all honesty, I'd do away with the idea and go straight for a comfort layer affixed to a rigid exterior layer to allow for unimpeded inhalation. The fact that it gets sucked into your orifices as you breathe is the worst issue I faced. I think. Idk I was very light headed the entire time xD

After taking one breath and exhaling I had to immediately strip the mask away from my face to keep from suffocating. You can’t breathe behind it. It’s as bad as someone cupping their hand tightly over your mouth and nose. Definitely don’t give to children. It should be considered child abuse if you do.
I wish I could put negative stars
I wish I could put negative stars. Their face masks are terrible. I called customer service after a wire popped through on the nose bridge and cut me! After only 5 wears! Turns out they are also made in CHINA! Unbelievable.
So after being denied a refund because no face masks are refundable...even though they have a 60 day guarantee that they won’t stand by....
I wrote a review on their site.
They denied it’s publishing because it didn’t meet their guidelines.
Yeah...right.

Defective Design
After wearing less than 5 times, I put it on and fit the nose area... my finger was pricked as if by a needle and was bleeding. The metal in the nose bridge had popped through. I tried for over 5 weeks to get it refunded and they REFUSED! The first attempt was well within the 60 day guarantee. But they said “there are no refunds on face masks”. That was never stated before. They offered to send me a repeat order and I said NO! It’s a very poor design. I even sent photos! Worst Customer Service I’ve had in over 2 years on any site. BEWARE!
Save Your Money...!
To start this Tommie Copper is nothing but another scam. I seen on TV and online the products they have and they looked like they really were made well. I took a chance and I ordered 1 of their shirts and 1 of there knee devices. The order was about $130.00. I had to wait over 10 business days before the items were delivered but when I ordered them it stated online 3 to 5 business days. Once my items finally arrived I opened the packages and unpacked the shirt and the knee device. I first put on the shirt and it was the right size however it was not comfortable and it was starting to make me itch. It made me feel like someone was trying to shove 2 pounds of crap into a 1 pound bag. I took it off. I then put on the knee device and that was not comfortable and that made me itch. I have no allergies at all so whatever they are using to make these low quality products did not agree with my skin. I could not use these items so I had no choice but to return them for a full refund. I thought that was going to be easy but it turned into a nightmare. I called Tommie Copper and I got some imbecile on the phone and I asked how I could return the items and obtain a refund. The imbecile told me what I needed to do. I had to pay $8.30 to ship these items back to Tommie Copper and you would think a company would pay for the return shipping. I shipped both of the items back to Tommie Cooper with 2-day USPS priority mail with a tracking number. I got a notification that Tommie Copper received my return package. I kept checking my credit card on a daily basis to see if my credit card account was credited the refund. It's been 3 weeks and I have still not received any refunds from Tommie Copper. I got on the phone and called Tommie Copper and another imbecile got on the phone and I asked about my refund and I gave the imbecile my order # and other information. After checking the system the imbecile said to me, "Sir, your refund was processed and you will have to take it up with your credit card company". I told the imbecile, "I have been checking my credit card on a daily basis and no refunds have been issued from Tommie Copper!". The imbecile said to me, "I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you and have a good day". The imbecile hung up on me. I was so upset over this I gave this to my private paid attorney and he is now commencing swift civil litigation against Tommie Copper. Tommie Copper wants to play with a customers hard earned money and not issue a refund and they got back all of the items and that's okay because Tommie Copper picked the wrong customer to tangle with. Save Your Money and do not do any business with this shady company...!

Emailed Tommie Copper on September 23, 2018: Order #TC-101141334 (placed on September 15, 2018 2:24:52 PM EDT) Don’t quite understand why ETA is on October 11th when paid for shipment for to Hawaii. Emailed on September 26, 2018 and again on September 27, 2018: Asked to confirm that theirr regular economy shipping for $9.50 to Hawaii listed 6 to 10 days, which means that I should be receiving subject product by yesterday instead of October 11th??? I should have received my order on September 26, 2018 but appears that shipment is scheduled to arrive on October 11, 2018. Would have wanted to utilize product when on vacation in the beginning of October!
Tried to post my review above but Tommie Copper responded with:
"Our staff has read your review and unfortunately we cannot post your comments as they did not meet all of our regulatory requirements. Please resubmit your review by abiding by our writing guidelines."
I think Tommie Copper should have responded to my comments relative to their estimated shipping days of 10 days and estimated shipping days from FedEx of 25 days!
