This guy is a criminal. He takes the money off you and never supplies the shoes. He is a complete fraud. He even went to the extent that he said he would credit my account but never did.

Wearing Birkenstock makes me feel good

Do not order anything ( in our case; Birkenstocks) from this company. It accepted our money, and has never delivered our order . We have had no reply to emails and telephone (which seem to have been disconnected). From all the reviews from other customers, and our experience, this company is a fraud, and has committed theft. It should be reported to the German authorities .

I have ordered my shoes since oct 2013. I have been emailing them for few times to check on the status, they will replied that there is some issues with the delivery/shipping to Singapore and hence, my order has been delayed till Feb 2014 (i.e. 4 months since i made my order). Therefore, i decided to cancel my order and request for refund. My total bill was EURO 355.95. Ever since, i requested for refund, i noted that they have cancelled my order as I can't view the order status on their website. I have been emailing then to check on my refund status, they did not replied me at all. Tried calling them but nobody pick up the call. Until few days ago, i went into their website and noted that the website is gone! I did not received my shoes. I did not received my refund. No response from them at all. Tobias Mayer is a fraud company!!

Order shoes and accessories from them over 3 months ago, they did not arrive as promised. Chase them a few times, finally responded and told items were on back order and would be ready in a month to despatch. A month went and few more emails were sent for the status. No response at all. Now their website insist on verifying access, could not contact them via their site.

They most likely gone bust from the look of things!

I ordered shoes 3 months ago, I phoned repeatedly they never answered, I emailed repeatedly they mostly ignored me. Eventually they said they would refund me, I am still waiting... I am not confident that they will ever do the right thing. I intend to report them to the German authorities as they are clearly fraudsters.

I ordered shoes from this company 6 months ago. I paid extra for fast shipping and received an order confirmation saying that the shoes would arrive within 12 days. The money was debited straight away. 12 days came and went and no shoes. I emailed the company and got an automated reply saying they would respond within 5 days. The reply came 5 days later and apologised for the delay. They said the order would be leaving their warehouse within 2 weeks and I would receive an email confirmation when it had. Two weeks go by and I don't hear a thing. This goes on and on until after 2 months I cancel the order. I get an email back 5 days later saying that the money would be credited within 14 days or 30 days in exceptional circumstances. 31 days later and no money. I try to lodge a dispute through my bank but because the transaction occurred more than 90 days ago, they can't do anything. I have sent an email to the company asking for an update and haven't heard anything. I have rung several times and the phone either rings out or is engaged. $400 that I will never see again!!

Don't buy antything from here!

Jeg har haft en dårlig oplevelse efter at handlet med Tobias Mayer. De trak pengene allerede ved ordreaflæggelsen i november måned og de har endnu ikke sendt mine varer. Ved flere korrespondencer har de forsikret mig om, at min ordre var på vej. Nu er min tålmodighed brugt op og jeg må i banken for at lave et tilbagebetalingskrav. Derudover skal det siges, at de på intet tidspunkt tager telefonen og der går lang tid før de svare på mails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY CHARGE YOU AND NEVER SEND YOU MERCHANDISE.

Dit bedrijf ontvangt uw geld maar levert niets. Het enige wat je ooit krijgt is een bevestiging van je bestelling. Dat is dan ook het laatste.
