Kind of company that makes a sale and tells you to pay more or get nothing. Scam if you ask me.
Product is decent but won't be coming back after seeing how piss poor the service is.
I purchased 5 litres of Cemelex recently. The builder and I on several occasions applied the Cemelex but it failed to remove any of the efflorescence that is on the brickwork .
IT DID NOT work at all. A Very expensive mistake buying this solution from TM Chemicals costing over £40+ NOT AS DESCRIBED .

I bought BIO-DIGEST last week, buying into their hype that it would remove urine smells. After two applications to a quite a small area of a mattress the smell was still there. I did what I should have done and used our Simple Solution pet spray. Guess what, it worked, the smell has gone.
I notice TMC doesn’t list what chemicals are in its BIO -DIGEST solution. Maybe because there aren’t any effective ones. For the money I paid I expected fantastic results. They didn’t materialise. I’m very sceptical at what this company claims for the efficacy of it BIO-DIGEST product. I’d recommend you steer clear of them and buy a product from an established brand, or do as I have done and use a pet spray for combating human urine stains/smells.
The BLASPORE (Black Spot Remover) I purchased is INCREDIBLE I had mould ALL over my terracotta garden it was awful, just one spray of this and it vanished before my eyes, like magic. How this company has bad reviews I have no idea this product is FANTASTIC
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Look at the other 1*'s. Very poor customer service that take weeks if not a month to respond to queries. Rip off company that only issue partial refunds against non-delivered items over the internet.
100% reccomend if you're reading this because you are looking at spending a decent chunk of money on a good cleaning product that;
1. It probably won't turn up
2. If it does... It probably won't work
The product simply does not work. The reviews on TM website are fake - please don't waste your money. After spending £80 and following instuctions fully, the product has not removed any of the cat pee smell.

Took 2.5 hours to reply on messenger. Agent was rude telling me to be patient after waiting 2.5 hours. Phoned an order in received email saying it was being processed, then received an emails saying it had been despatched then received another email saying they had cancelled my order as they could not deliver next day. Never even had the courtesy to call me first. Rude and incompetent. Terrible company.
