Już od kilkunastu lat TK MAXX jest dla mnie sklepem najczęściej odwiedzanym. Zawsze znajduję tam prezenty dla całej rodziny, dekoracje i niezbędne rzeczy do domu oraz ubrania dla dzieci na każdą okazję. Obsługa zawsze miła i możliwość zwrotu tylko na plus

Very unhappy with staff at Salisbury branch today as there was 4 or 5 customers waiting to be served and only 1 staff member serving, I asked if somebody out of the 3 other members of staff that were around the counter could serve only to be told that they were busy, what?? She told me that once they had finished then they would serve and that's how they do it! I am absolutely flabbergasted with this response! She did serve me but obviously wasn't happy that, God forbid, the customers needed to be served! The operator was 3722, transaction 9893 at 2.45 pm. Think training in customer service really needs to be addressed here!!

Ich habe schon viele Einkäufe bei TKMaxx im Gewerbepark Stadlau getätigt und NIE gab es ein Problem bei der Rücknahmepreis von z.B. ungeöffneten Kosmetikartikeln, Nahrungsmitteln wie Nudeln, Pfeffer, Tee. Heute wollte hat man mir gar kein Produkt zurück genommen. Sehr unfreundliche Leitung und MA zudem noch dazu. Gerne habe ich als Mutter von 3 Kindern dort eingekauft, weil ich trotzt wenig Zeit, dort alles gefunden habe. Das war jetzt wohl mein letzter Einkauf bei TKMaxx allgemein. Die Konkurrenz schläft nicht.

Je wordt heel vriendelijk geholpen door de medewerkers. Mocht laatst een rijdend mandje mee naar de auto in de parkeergarage onderin meenemen. Heb deze uiteraard weer teruggebracht. Hebben ook echt leuke en gezellige spullen. Ook voor de ontspanning lekker rondneuzen is fijn.

TK Maxx sent me someoneelses order with their details unforuntnately and I am presuming the person also has my details. When I called they expected me to use my funds to post it instead of arranging a collection themselves. The Customer Services representatives were friendly enough but I don't think enough was done to resolve the situation. Very disappointed.

In amsterdam naar de tk maxx geweest, erg goed geholpen door TAMANA, ze was erg vriendelijk en heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons te helpen, je vind maar weinig personeel die zo de tijd voor je neemt.

Was given a microwave hot pad in a gift used it for the first time at Xmas for a spare room for guests arriving it blew up in my neff microwave little minute beans everywhere I have a young dog who was eating them checked product no description of what these contents were phoned Dumfries store lovely young girl whom I spoke to very polite&pleasant I later went into store and asked to speak to manager who told me I needed a receipt I didn’t have it explained it had been given to me as a gift .No I am sorry that should not have happened she looked at one in the store and again it did not state what the contents were said she could only give me a refund for todays price even though it had been at a higher price when purchased surely faulty goods should be refunded at price paid also explained that I thought it should be reported as a product recall stated she was going on holiday for a week but would report it when she came back really. I would have reported this before now but have had ill health in our family it is not the cost of the item that matters it is the way that it was handled in store I would like an answer if this was reported to you by store .

Razia was very polite and courteous.

I was bought an item for myself as a gift so I took it back to Orpington branch for an exchange only I didn’t have the receipt but labels with bar codes were attached the person serving said she couldn’t exchange as I had no receipt I said it was a gift she apologised but said it wasn’t possible why can I go into Asda Marks and just exchange with no problem I can understand the shop looks like a junk shop and a mess but really this policy needs to change

I ordered something to be collected from TKMAXX TAUNTON. I was ill and missed the deadline for collection. When I asked how to get my giftcard refunded I was told someone had collected it using a driving licence. I don't drive and don't have a licence. It was not collected by me or anyone I know. The person dealing with me, Erin, has refused to show me the signature. There is fraud and theft going on here. I will be reporting this to the Police.

Nigdy więcej! Buty za prawie 500,- rozkleiły się po około 6m-cach ale reklamacja nie uznana. Dobre miejsce na wydanie pieniędzy a jak zakupiony produkt okaże się wadliwy to kup sobie następny. Wolę zakupy w uczciwym sklepie w którym szanuje się klienta a nie jego portfel.

I was in the Peterborough queensgate store with my sister shopping when a very rude customer assistant came marching towards us and stood as if we were going to steal items. I have always shopped here and never had an issue. My sister then proceeded to tell me this particular assistant always does this for no reason every time she goes in. I was absolutely disgusted by her behaviour and judgement towards as simply because our dress was different. My sister is autistic and therefore tends to struggle in social situations and this assistant certainly did not help. I spoke to the store manager who seemed quite apologetic (not his fault) that his member of staff has an appalling attitude. He could not find her when he did look for her because she went and hid! She then proceeded to follow me again and I asked her to leave me alone to which she responded "I'm everywhere". I mean what on earth was wrong with this woman? Disgusting rude behaviour, shouldn't really be working there acting all high and mighty.

I returned goods that were not suitable. And after 5 days I am still waiting for my refund.
I purshased with my visa debit card. As I do not have a credit card and I am still waiting for my refund. Very dissappointing.

Heute kaufte ich eine Uhr die komplett auseinander fiel beim rausnehmen aus der Box. Diese wurde nämlich nur mit Tesa zusammen geklebt, was man im Laden aufgrund der schlechten Belichtung auf den ersten Blick nicht sehen konnte. Ebenfalls funktioniert diese dementsprechend nicht. Weniger schlimm ist dass die Uhr in einer anderen Box, als die Marke hergibt, liegt. Dennoch ist eine völlig kaputte Uhr für 25€ zu verkaufen sehr dreist.

ich hatte in der Filliale Bad Qeynhausen ein Eau de Toilette von Pecksniffs gekauft, zu Hause bemerkte ich, dass ich mich in der Sorte vergriffen hatte, wieder im Markt lehnte die Kassiererin jeglichen Umtausch ab, auch der Vorgesetzte mit offensichtlich osmanischen Wurzeln erklärte auf Nachfrage, kein Umtausch von nichteingeschweißter Ware, dabei hatte ich es genau so gekauft. Auch der Hinweis dass ich sofort dafür etwas anders kaufe half nichts. Er hätte seine Vorschriften. Da erst bemerkte ich, dass ich in den letzten Jahren viel zu viel Geld in diesen Laden getragen habe. Die sehen mich nie wieder

Standing in line at TJMaaxx Werribee Plaza waiting to pay for over $375 worth of items, I was rudely approached by 2 store members and 2 security guards who insisted on seeing inside of my handbag as they claim they saw me putting items in it. They couldn’t tell me what these supposedly stolen items were & insisted on searching the contents of my handbag. Firstly. I didn’t reach into my handbag at any time while I was in the store so it couldn’t have been a case of them mistaking me doing so for me putting things in there. Their accusations were completely unwarranted & i find it interesting that I hadn’t been through the register yet to pay for the items I was holding (let alone attempted to leave the store without doing so) I was so embarrassed by the whole ordeal. Thankfully my fellow shoppers also thought it was completely out of order of staff & security and voiced their empathy. As far as the accusing staff - well they can suck my big toe 🎤🫳
