Well to be fair i shop at t k max quite a bit Over the years But this year may be last year Seems to be more of a jumble ,sale The quality has gone down a lot This year , I've only managed to buy one thing all year which am happy with but the Luton store just down hill it's like lots of damage items find something it's damaged anyway just having my say maybe it will help sort out the Luton store come on Luton it's so hard to clothes shop in Luton as it is And tk max was my go to Store.

I have been a frequent shopper at TK Maxx in Newark for quite some time, but I am increasingly disappointed by the treatment I receive at the tills. The staff often treat me with a cold attitude, and basic courtesies like a simple hello are frequently neglected. While I generally don’t let this bother me, it has become a consistent issue. As a non-English customer, I expect to be treated with the same respect and friendliness as any other shopper. If this does not improve, I will consider taking my business elsewhere.

I love a visit to TKMAX. I shopped there today. On arriving home I thought for once I’d do the customer survey while having a cup of tea.
Impossible. Store 0441 as is on my receipt is incorrect and as for filling in the visit time to the second! I decided to give up, life is too short!

My experience at the Kidderminster store this afternoon was appalling. The staff treated me as a hindrance and with no respect. In particular I have to give a special mention to the store manager, who lacks any customer service skills. I tried to return a pair of sunglasses that still had the TK Maxx tags attached, and were with a receipt. Because more than 28 days had lapsed since the purchase (this was day 36), I was told that a return wasn’t possible. I accepted that I wasn’t able to have a refund and requested a credit note instead; because I spend a lot of money in the store this would work for me, and the store would be able to resell the glasses whilst keeping a customer happy. Seems like a fair and reasonable customer-centric compromise? Not according to TK Maxx! After being told that a more senior member of staff was too busy to talk to me, and that the manager wouldn’t talk to me because he was on the phone, I must admit that I showed my frustration. Eventually, the manager deigned to come onto the shop-floor, who bluntly and unapologetically told me that I wasn’t going to get a credit because that was the company policy. I’ve since found out that the manager has the authority to apply discretion in these circumstances. It’s evident that the customer is held in no regard by the staff in that store - basic training should make them aware that even though the customer may not always be right, they should always be approached with empathy and grace. I’m devastated. My favourite shopping destinations were TK Maxx and Homesense, they have both enjoyed regular spending sprees from me over recent years. However, given my recent experience I’m reluctant to shop there again.

Kunden werden aufgefordert zu gehen, wenn Feierabend. Ist ja okay, nur mit einer Kasse. Somit zieht sich die Schlange über das ganze Geschäft. Anstatt sich an die Kasse zu stellen, fordert die Verkäuferin wieder die Kunden das Geschäft zu verlassen. Beim Zahlen ist das Sicherheitstag auf dem Gewand hängen geblieben, somit musste noch mal mit der Rechnung ins Geschäft. Dann hat mir die Dame an der Kasse nur einfach ein Stück weggenommen. Nicht verrechnet – ja kein großes Problem. Bin ich erst Zuhause darauf gekommen, was für mich sehr umständlich war, da das Stück ein Geschenk seien sollte. So ein unhöfliches Benehmen von Verkäuferinnen habe ich nie erlebt.

I liked that store till yesterday - as I like clothes, staff was friendly, and I live near by.
Yesterday 29th June round 17.00 went to Tkmaxx with wife and she wanted try some trousers.
We head to changing room. My wife got number 2 as for 2 items. And I was stopped in very rude way by black girl name ESTERA (if i remember correctly). She said I can't enter changing room . I asked why and she said that anyway I will be not able to go to womens side of changing room.
I said that I don't want go there and that I will wait in men's side of changing room. She said that she don't care and that I will not enter changing room without clothes to buy.
What I can say. Tkmaxx (St Stephens) I will put official complain on that girl, and thanks to employees as ESTERA you loosing valuable customer - I am after heart operation and can't stress while going to buy some clothes :/
From now on I will be doing clothes shopping in different stores than Tkmaxx.

Habe ein Möbelstück gekauft: man hat mir sofort geholfen, es zum Auto zu bringen und dort zu verstauen. Wann immer ich bei TKMAXX Filiale 0769 bin, die Anzahl der Kassen wird ständig angepasst. Das Personal ist freundlich und geduldig, auch wenn die Kunden teilweise mühsam sind.

Condescending and Racist staff at TK max hounslow.
Imagine the shock when you go for an easy exchange with a day old receipt and tag to be treated as if you are a thief or fraud.
The European staff in order to prevent the transaction come up with an absurd excuse of a smell only she can sense , and that she found 2 dresses of the designer at a lower price .
Telling you to go back to the store where we bought it so they can check the camera.
The self claimed manager Nishu malik in order to support her associates inexcusable behaviour claps her hand on my face and refuses to serve me.
Telling me I can go and complain making you wonder are they encouraged to behave so by their superiors!
In a shop like TK max this kind of attitude to customers must be prevented.

I shop at Tuggerah TKMaxx,it’s my happy place .I’ve never been unhappy with any of my many purchases there .The staff are friendly and helpful.People don’t realise they are actually getting very expensive designer brands left over from the season before at bargain prices.I’ve had some amazing finds ,and am going on Saturday to spend my birthday gift card.yay !

I love tkmaxx but your rewards are shockingly poor. Why would a 60 year old want to enter a prize draw for a music festival or family bikes? I ask you please consider your full customer base or be considered ageist.

(My name is Kylee but it’s coming up under my husband’s name??)I’m a regular customer to your store, a few visits ago (April 24) I spent $314 I am always happy with all of my purchases but this time round I purchased a 5 pack of Laura Ashley ladies briefs , washed all before I wore the first pair I noticed a thread which I trimmed off not to let it run. The next two pairs have done the same , the threads on all pairs have consistently come off along the band at the top, really poor quality. I have thrown 3 pairs in the bin & was told these items are not to be returned. I am happy with the Marilyn Monroe brand 5 pack full brief & all of my other items. It was disappointing that every time I washed (in a wash bag) more threads unraveled. I will continue to shop @ your store I just wish no one else gets caught with this poor quality item.

Moim zdaniem firma zeszła na psy. W zakupionej bluzie po dwóch miesiącach odpadły napy ale reklamacji nie uznano. Odmówiono też polubownego załatwienia sprawy przez sąd konsumencki. Teraz sprawa się będzie toczyć przed sądem rejonowym. Dziwi mnie polityka firmy, dla w sumie niewielkiej kwoty psuć sobie markę. Nie polecam zakupów w tej sieci, w razie kłopotów wypną się na klienta, a reklamacja to wyboista droga. Żadnego szacunku dla klienta.

Any shop offering a loyalty card generally gives you something for free to encourage you to shop with them. TK maxx's is beyond rubbish, all I get lately is a chance to enter competitions. Oh wait, this time I got an offer of a free click and collect too...isn't click and collect free with most stores anyway. It's not even worth getting my card scanned anymore. Tk's your rewards are as rubbish as your queues are big. That's another issue, one till open and it's usually a customer in a queue of many who has to ask for more tills to be open. This happens a lot.
