We are sorry that you've not received your order but we did explain that we were conducting our annual audited stock take and that orders were delayed because of that. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service: I had a problem with the top of my Rose and Ylang Ylang hand cream (it broke off from collar) and Tisserand couldn't do enough to make me happy and I didn't buy directly from them in the first place! Wow. Alan, Hove.
