Después de comprar varios teléfonos móviles he de decir que siempre envío la mercancía .Pero el problema en la última compra el móvil un Yophafone 2 se estropeó a los dos meses y una de las dos pulseras Xiaomi Mi banda 2 también.Despues de enviar los productos al vendedor 3 meses después me dice que el móvil está en reparación y la pulsera que me ofrece 10€ en puntos (costo 25€).Como veis la conclusión final es que TINYDEAL ES INCAPAZ DE CUMPLIR CON LAS GARATIAS DE LOS PRODUCTOS QUE VENDE.Mejor no comprar.

I purchased 4 smartphones from them and one of them arrived defective (screen was a negative image). When I asked them what to do they said to send it back by the cheapest method possible so they wouldn't have to pay for duty. It took a month to get back to them. They offered to give me a repaired cheaper phone in its place and when I refused they told me they would credit me for 60% of the phone less shipping charges because it is a used phone. The representative is very rude and does not want my business or anyone else's. I would fire this person if they worked for me.
TinyDeal's response is that they will send the defective phone that they sent me for repair and hope to get it back in a month. lol

This is a joke.. the phone was NEW and sent back .

Assolutamente inaffidabili veri truffatori attirano l'acquirente proponendo prezzi di concorrenza ma alla consegna vengono addebbitate tasse doganali altissime. Tutto cio non viene avvertito al momento dell'acquisto. Assolutamente da evitare non fidatevi.Acquistate su siti più referenziati!

Beware of this site. Very bad quality items. Mi camera was defective on arrival. Seller refused to refund after a month and despite I submitted all the proof. Complained to PayPal and I was elegible for refund, however I was responsible for the traceable shipping back to China, which was 3 times the cost of the crappy item. I lost my money :(
Don't buy from China unless you have Ebay's money back warranty. Don't be fooled by the seemingly low prices, It is a scam.

I ordered LeEco Le Max 2 from TinyDeal and just after twoo weeks of using phone, phone started to have problems with touch and lines that are appearing on screen.

All communications is very slow - their respond take more than 3 days and all their responds are very ambigious, even they don't respond on all my questions.

8.7 (before 10 days) it happend that last item of tracking log is "Unsuccessful item delivery attempt (Inb)". I told them 8.7 to check with post office what is going on and I still didn't get respond.

Also, one thing that I don't understand is that why should anyone who has problems with phone, and that problems came not beacuse of person that use phone, but because of manufacturer, why the person (customer) should pay for anything if everything is under warranty?

I was asking a lot whether I should get full refund but they didn't respond me even just one time!

Ordering from TinyDeal is clearly just a bad and sad experience for me, so I will give 2 stars.

Très mauvaise expérience avec tinydeal, j'ai fait une commande le 26 juin, et j'ai choisi la livraison à partir de l'Allemagne qui dure normalement de 3 à 5 jours ouvrables. Le produit n'est toujours pas reçu jusqu'à présent, aucune information sur le site de la poste quand je fais le suivi. J'ai contacté le service clientèle par mail pleins de fois et à chaque fois je reçois des réponses semblables qui me demandent de patienter. Bref j'ai perdu 175 euros . Conseil : Éviter ce site c'est des vrais arnaqueurs! !

Update1: Voilà une mise à jour de ma situation, la commande faite le 26 juin n'est toujours pas reçue, plus de 3 semaines d'attente et toujours aucune information dans le suivi de l'article sur le site de la poste ( ce qui veut dire que l'article n'a pas été envoyé). J'ai contacté le service clientèle pour demander un remboursement et là surprise, on me dit qu'ils doivent tout d'abord faire un enquête qui dure 2 mois pour confirmer que le produit n'a pas été livré, et on m'a proposé de me rembourser sous forme de TD points chose que j'ai refusé car jamais de la vie je referais un autre achat sur leur site. En plus le produit ne peut être renvoyé que si ils le reçoivent. Ce que je ne comprends pas c'est comment un article envoyé n'apparaît pas sur le site DHL qui est un site fiable d'habitude, un article ne peut pas disparaître de la nature comme ça sauf quand il n'a pas été envoyé à la base!! Je suis étudiante et j'ai passé beaucoup de temps à travailler pour avoir cet argent qu'ils m'ont pris en un clin d'oeil. C'est vraiment honteux.je suis très dégoûtée de leur service, je n'ai jamais vu un tel service de toute ma vie. Le jour où j'ai fait l'achat, en quelques heues uniquement l'argent à été retiré de mon compte, et là pour le retourner il faut attendre et attendre...
Je ne vais pas rester les bras croisés soit vous me trouvez une solution le plus tôt possible, soit je contacte des associations et des avocats qui protègent les consommateurs et vous serez poursuivi.

Ho ordinato su TinyDeal un LeEco Le 2 il 2017/06/27 e oggi 2017/07/14 è fermo in dogana a Milano. Ho mandato varie email per chiedere delucidazioni ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta. Trovo poco serio questo atteggiamento verso un potenziale cliente, era un test per poter fare altri e tanti acquisti ma credo non acquisterò più da questo sito. Peccato di buono ci sono solo i prezzi, il resto non va bene.

i bought a xiaomi headphones and they came after 3 months and they were fake.

Comprei duas cameras por 22€ cada em promoção. Uma das cameras funciona a outra não. Após um vídeo que enviei disseram-me que enviavam uma camera nova se eu fizesse um outra compra por 30€. Perguntei se além da compra podia altera o item por mais um valor extra ao qual disseram-me que não. Fiz então uma compra conforme pedido num valor acima de 30€. Responderam-me a dizer que de momento não tinham a camera em stock na Alemanha e que tinha de vir da China e que iria demorar a chegar. Ou espero pela camera nova ou recebo 90% do valor da mesma... Isto depois de eu gastar mais 40€... enfim... Ainda tentei cancelar este meu último pedido mas como já está em processamento dúvido que seja cancelado... Não me parece nada correcto, são os chamados negócios da China... Tiny Deal.... não obrigado.

EDIT: Tirando a parte de ter gasto 40€ para receber uma camera nova em troca da avariada, a TinyDeal ofereceu-se para reembolsar por completo uma das cameras. Daí a alteração da minha experiência para satisfatória na resolução do problema. Talvez daqui a uns tempos dê mais uma oportunidades aos produtos desta loja.

I had never a problem with tinydeal. I got 6-7 from there, without problems.

I won a UC46+ portable projector on 20 June. I just had to pay the shipping cost which I did immediately. Then customer service told me UC46+ was sold out. This is quite strange because one can still order it on tinydeal.com. They also offered UC30 as a substitute. I rejected it since the shipping cost I paid was close to the full price of UC30. First we agreed I can take a PH5 if I pay USD 2. I did so but then they changed their minds. Finally we agreed they refund my money.
I don’t know how many of the ten seckill winners were treated like that but it was rather unfair. Does seckill mean dumping rubbish on customers?

This Hong King based scam just took the money and disappeared, claimed the phone is popular and have to wait but no time frame and still taking order on their site. 1 out of 10 chance that you might get the item you ordered. Stay away from this seller.

Tinydeal es una tienda muy buena, siempre compro aqui porque me da confianza y nunca me han fallado. Mi ultima compra fue un stereo bluetooth y cremas aunque se demoró en llegar más de lo normal por Aduanas de mi pais siempre estaré que llegará. Los productos son muy buenos a bajo costo. Seguiré comprando en la tienda.
