The saddle chair is amazing but the service is even more wonderful
I needed a missing part for my saddle chair and Sam H. at Timothy Oulton was so kind, helpful and patient in helping to source the replacement. Timothy Oulton's furniture is the best and most characterful in the business.
I purchased a great deal of furniture from Timothy Oulton in 2024 and they have been very good at staying in touch....always really friendly and courteous and such fun to deal with especially Sam Holroyd in the wonderful Kings Road shop.
Honestly, there furniture, lighting and objets d'art are very well made, exceptionally well designed and have more character than any other furniture shop that I have ever been into.

We had the pleasure of visiting Timothy Oulton Bluebird this summer when shopping for new sofas. Rachael was assigned to us as our ambassador, she was incredibly knowledgable and helpful, this extended to assisting me via email, supplying me with floor plans, images & endless help & advice Rachael was undoubtedly the sounding board I needed to make the right decision and the reason I decided to place an additional order a few weeks later. I couldn't speak more highly of her!

First class service on both occasions from Neola and her fantastic team
Visited the boutique during our trip to London at the beginning of August and what an experience.
We have previously bought Timothy Oulton from Barker and Stonehouse in Leeds but having visited the boutique would rather have the experience and first class service from Neola and her team. This is our second purchase in 2 weeks to add to our timothy collection.
