Please note that before funds are added to an account, a clear notice is displayed stating that all balance top-ups are non-refundable. This policy is in place because added funds are immediately converted into the account's balance and made available for service usage.
While we completely understand your disappointment, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund for unused balance, as this would be inconsistent with the terms that were accepted at the time of payment.
That said, your remaining balance can still be used at any time for our services, and our team would be happy to help you make the most of it or assist with any questions you may have.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make our policies as clear and transparent as possible.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed, especially after being a long-time customer — we truly appreciate the time you spent with our service.
As stated at the time funds are added, account balance top-ups are non-refundable once credited, regardless of usage. The remaining balance on your account is still available and can be used at any time for our services, but we’re unable to return it as cash.
We understand this may not be the outcome you hoped for, and we regret the frustration it has caused. Your feedback is noted, and we’ll continue working to ensure our policies are clearly communicated.
