Ordered 17/7. Told would be delivered in 2-3days. Still waiting

I ordered my tiles and received them promptly and well packaged. I would definitely use this company again.

I purchased and paid (by PayPal) in full for kitchen tiles. I was quickly notified that Tile Supply could not fulfil the order as the manufacturers had discontinued the colour and that a request had been passed to the accounts department to refund me. This was fair enough and beyond their control. Many days went by and no refund - I re contacted Tile Supply and was told that the refund was being processed and this could take 30 days. I told them this was not acceptable and as paid through PayPal the refund should be immediate. The Terms and Conditions do mention 30 days for refund for CANCELLED orders - clearly I had not cancelled this order and it was this companies inability to fulfil the order. I asked for the funds to be returned to my paypal account and this email was ignored and not responded to. I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. finally after 30 days I do now have the funds back - returned by PayPal. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement and I would NEVER recommend buying from this company - their customer service is shocking.

Warning do not buy from this company they have the most unhelpful and unresponsive Customer Service. Having made a genuine mistake in an order for some adhesive (Kerflex instead of Keraflex Maxi S1) I needed to swap for the correct item, which the company had in stock, was told in no uncertain terms that adhesive classed as consumable and cannot be exchanged!!!
They may be good on price but the worst for customer satisfaction shop somewhere else for a hassle free experience....

Couldn't believe the prices. Saw tiles in our local tile shop which we really liked. £29.33 per sq metre. Tile Supply limited same tile £10.33 a sq metre. What a difference.
Decided to get a sample tile just to be sure and right enough the very same, so we decided to order right away. Just waiting on them coming. No haulage to pay for even tho we are many miles from the shop.
Would buy from Tile Supply again, no worries.

I have purchased a few times from Tile supply.. They have always what I need with good prices, quick delivery and response to any queries.

similar to other poor reviews below, which I should have read before ordering, still no sign of tiles being delivered 10 days after ordering. Spoken twice on phone and was told the 2 - 3 day delivery slot is an 'estimated delivery time' only - have also been told twice the tiles are in stock and promised I would get emails saying when they will be delivered, which haven't arrived. suggest you look elsewhere.

Ordered a sample which arrived quickly and in one piece. Then ordered a full pack which again arrived very quickly with no breakages. Sadly I won't be doing much more tiling but if I was I would definitely use tile supply again, and will recommend them to others. Thanks

The price of the tiles needed was good and delivery was amazing and fast. Will be buying from them many more times in the future for sure.

Easy to order, competitive price, reliable service.

Ordered 1 box of tiles from Tile Supply on a thursday and was given a 2-3 day delivery timescale. The following wednesday no tiles had arrived and I received no contact. When I (eventually) got through their terrible phone service (you are required to press 0 every 4 seconds to stay online or they just hang up) I was told they were waiting for stock to arrive. Will not be using again.

When replacing my shower tray I required a specific plain white tile 30mm x 20mm. I was unable to purchase my size in any of the major d.i.y. stores or even tile shops, nothing even close. I found Tile Supply on the net, even called them, ever so helpful, 2 day delivery at decent cost, tiles were wrapped in miles of bubble wrap not 1 damaged. They have saved me replacing a complete en-suite with new tiles when I only needed 12 tiles. Many thanks to Tile Supply.

I had 3 boxes broken on arrival but had no trouble getting replacements, only thing I would complain about is delivery service ukmail said would come next day but did not arrive when I rang up said van broken down would come next morning only arrived 3,30 after 3 phone calls so had to wait 3 days for a next day delivery, good job I do not work and take time off

ordered three tiles as samples, free but I had to pay the postage. fair enough. Only problem was that sample tiles took longer than expected to arrive ( 1 week) OK for me but could be a problem if you are in a hurry.
I can recommend this company and will be placing an order with them for the tiles I require when I have calculated how many I need .

Defo will be using again!

Tiles arrived in 3 days # rapped in so much bubble rap im selling it on eBay £6 m cheaper than B@Q
