Wrong goods received at first but problem put right quickly.
Tiger Supplies sent me the wrong goods at first but, when they realized they had made a mistake, they sorted it quickly and they promptly despatched the correct goods to me without extra charge.
The items I bought, which are safety glasses cords, appear to be of good quality. Time will tell.

I was sent earplugs that differed from the ones advertised on the website.
I phoned and e-mailed to return them and was sent an email saying they are looking into it and have nor heard from them since, that was 3 weeks ago.

Good Morning Janet,
We're sorry to see that you are not happy with the service that you have received from ourselves. I have had a look into this and can see that an email was sent yourself on the 18/08/2022 to yourself regarding the earplugs that you received and that we were waiting for a response. However, of course we need to look into this for you further to check why you have not received our email and we will contact you this morning to this regard.
Apologies once again Janet and please be assured that we will be in touch.
