The interface is fine, but you can get cheaper same tickets on other sites.

What made my experience great was due to a misunderstanding of times and dates for a home delivery. Tickerty boo staff bent over backwards to help me, make a bad situation better.
It was late in the afternoon and the staff were amazing sorting this bad situation, might I say was escalating on my side. They calmly corrected the situation. The delivery was made that same evening.

Was very skeptical as it was an unknown retailer selling an out of stock product with large retailers but was reassured by the reviews on here. Received the item very quickly and was exactly as described. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with the whole service. Bought a jelly cat for Christmas, it’s sold out everywhere I look but Tickety had it. Ordered on a Friday night, received via Royal Mail on the following Thursday. I don’t mind the slow delivery because I’m not in a rush but others might want to keep that in mind.
An improvement would be the addition of PayPal rather than having to use my card directly.
Overall, a happy customer that would recommend to others and I would shop here again.

I love the Djeco brand they sell. Received my order within the stated time frame, was packaged well. Really pleased with all the toys I received, would order from Tickety Boo again.

I was a bit cautious at first, since they're website on my mobile looked a bit off, however, after looking at reviews, as well as the item I wanted being in stock nowhere else, I decided to purchase from them. And I don't regret it. The item arrived very quickly (3 days, but the mail was running behind so it would have been 2, since I ordered to delivery), the item was not damaged in any way and came in festive fully recyclable material, which was very nice. I will certainly buy from them again

Pretty much the same as the previous reviews. I was slightly wary of a small stand alone website, that doesn’t use PayPal, but after looking here, & seeing it has a high street presence, & an Instagram page, I placed an order. Absolutely fab. £1 shipping, arrived in 2 days, fantastic products. All perfect! I will no doubt be ordering again soon. Go for it!

I was unsure of purchasing from Tickety Boo as the items were very reasonably priced and I hadn't heard of them or the payment provider, but I'm trying to buy less from big companies so I called and spoke to them. I went ahead and purchased a large order on Monday and paid for next day delivery, it arrived Tuesday (my daughters birthday was Wed), well packed, all present and all in perfect condition. The gentleman I spoke to was professional and helpful. My only regret is not buying more before the price went up 😞 but I suppose I brought more than enough so saving money I guess 😂 highly recommend and so glad I chose them, have two very happy children this morning, thank you Tickety Boo.

We purchased quite a large number of toys (mostly with an educational leaning) for some home-packs for children in need of support in our area (following a successful funding bid). We are a charity/CIC but very small so the personal attention, immediate response & assistance plus great delivery (we are in Somerset, nowhere near the shop) were fantastic. Great independent toy shop. I was unsure at first as I had never heard of them before, however my order was delivered very quickly and at a very reasonable postage cost. They have a wonderful selection of good quality toys. They have a fantastic selection of Djeco toys, games and activities.
