Very good experience with your company. Hotel was great, area great and show was brilliant for the overall price for two nights stay and show. Only downside was if you wanted to cancel you still had to pay the full price as per booking I think there should be a cancellation policy put in place where you are able to cancel with full refund or part refund upto four weeks before travel.

Best customer care you could ever wish for. Friendly and efficient. Nothing too much trouble for TicketTree. Wouldn't use anyone else for booking theatre trips, etc.

Ticket Tree did everything I expected it to do. I had no problem and I find no fault.

Good service, good seats, good hotel

Good service from the telephone person to make the booking as I couldn't do it over the Internet. Documents arrived in time and were correct. Good to have train tickets. Hotel booked was excellent and seats in theatre good. All in all a well prepared birthday experience for my husbands birthday. Thank you ticket tree for your efficiency,.

From the moment this was booked until the date the break was taken the whole experience was excellent. Communication was fantastic. Help and assistance was top notch. Helping out with a mistake on my part - the service was above and beyond. I can't speak highly enough of the great customer service we received. Outstanding!

No nonsense very smooth service and worry free. We booked a rail,hotel and show package. TicketTrees smooth and personable service was worry free and we had a fabulous weekend away staying in the centre of London with great seats to watch the Lion King at the Lyceum. In leading up to the weekend break TicketTree kept in touch via email, checking that we had no concerns and that we were happy with everything. I am a customer service Manager and thought for an online booking service it was very personable, and I felt like they cared. Would recommend this to everyone looking for this sort of package.

The booking of my chosen trip details was easy and informative.
Unfortunately, I was taken very ill a few weeks before the trip and it had to be delayed for a month. None of this caused a problem for Ticket Tree.
Everything they could have done to make my trip a success was done.

I was apprehensive using this company for a two night theatre break as I had never heard of them before.
All I could find was good reviews before we went,but that made me wonder where the bad ones were?
Well, I can see how there aren't any! It was perfect from start to finish! Communication was great and any requests were met where they could be. The hotel was perfect and the show Thriller Live was brilliant!
I would definitely use these guys again!
