Good customer service

When I received the item (a screen) it was broken on the corner. Jamie was quick to respond and supply a replacement item. I was very happy with the item received and the service / follow up.

Be warned terrible service - do not buy from this company.

I bought items from Throttle Chimp as their website stated delivery would be made by Friday. The items were not received by the Friday nor was any communication provided to say when delivery would be made. I tried calling and e-mailing on that Friday but received no response which I was most concerned about as my order was for £1.5k and suddenly I wondered if this might have been a scam. Eventually I received an e-mail stating that they had been so busy they didn’t have time for any communications and that the parcel would be delivered the following week. Pretty useless given that I needed the items that weekend to ride in.

I advised Throttle Chimp to cancel the order but they said they couldn’t as miraculously all of a sudden the items had been dispatched. They told me I would need to reject them when the delivery company tried to deliver. This was going to be difficult as I knew I wouldn’t be at home (unsurprisingly I would be at work not sitting at home waiting for a late and now pointless delivery) Of course I missed the first attempt at delivery but was at home the following day when they re-tried, so I rejected the items before they even left the delivery van.

2 weeks later I have still had no communications from Throttle Chimp nor have the funds been credited back to my credit card and so I have had to involve the credit card company to resolve this matter.

Please do not make the same mistake I did, use a reputable company instead who will deliver items and not withhold your money.

Bmw r 1250gs- WRS screen

I ordered a WRS screen for my bmw r1250 GSA , great price , fast tracked delivery . Seller a pleasure to deal with , and I would 100% recommend them . Nice to get a final email from seller making sure iam satisfied with my order 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

If Carlsberg did Ebaying....…

I bought a great motorcycle touring accessory. Really pleased with its quality. The best comms I have ever experienced on Ebay. Prompt delivery. Can't recommend it highly enough.
