Saad was extremely helpful
After some technical issues with my upgrade causing it to cancel and after struggling to receive help via the customer service phone line, we went to the Warrington store and we were served by Saad who couldn’t have done more to get our issue resolved. He was friendly, polite and knew exactly what he was talking about and I left happily with my new phone.

Store Visit - 4th June 2026.
I spent my visit talking to Rachel.
Rachel explained everything I needed to know and demonstrated a high level of product knowledge and customer focus.
She fixed me up on the best plan that suited my needs (including foreign travel and my need to use SatNav in the USA).
If I was still working, (I'm retired) I would be attempting to poach Rachel to work for my company.
She is a SUPERSTAR !!!
