Both Sanda and Mihai were excellent in sorting out a number of issues i had with how my Three accounts were set up. They were respectful , helpful and got all but I problem sorted and that issue is because of Three background systems. Both staff went way beyond their normal work tasks. Many thanks

today i came in to cancel sim i don’t use. a very nice lady Kat served me and helped me with cancelation and gave me cheeper price for my number and done e very nice cheep deal for tablets for my grandkids. thank you

Purchas and set up
I came in with an issue as my phone screen is not working. Been greeted and served by a lovely lady Kat how detected the issue and went through all the possible optios that i had. She ended up helping me to get a phone and set it all up for me. Thank you for ypur support.

World Class service from the team in… Walthamstow
Superb service from the team in Walthamstow.
I was greeted at the door by the Store Manager Riccardo which immediately made me feel welcome, I was allowed to browse which was great as so often in retail you are jumped on with an aggressive sales approach… with me being allowed time to browse I was able to select a package I could find as I was looking to purchase a phone for my son. I then approached Riccardo again with my suggestion , I was blown away as not only did he better the package I thought was the right one he also looked at the packages i already had and saved me money! I was then introduced to Andreea who then arranged everything to be set up including a screen protector and case to ensure the device was protected. As it was a phone for my son I was also shown the ‘family’ setting that apple provide through settings, this was something I didn’t know was possible.
My experience at Three was nothing short of World Class. Thank you Team Walthamstow.
