Pontypridd store
Went into your Pontypridd store and could not have received better service. Rarely as impressed, Joanna and Matthew (I think) were outstanding. I hadn't planned on buying a new phone, it's stressful thing to do if you're not techie but they made it painless and helped make sense of whole process. I could not be more grateful to them.

Tom, store manager treated myself and my husband with dignity. We were not patronised with regard to technical info. Everything was explained in a clear way, and all my queries and requirements were sorted out. He knew the products well and reassured us prior to our purchases. I highly recommend a store visit.
