Glen was brilliant helpes me set up my phone and was fantasic

Been in today and was helped by Glen who was fantastic. Helped me organise my several contracts and put some roaming on a few of them for an upcoming holiday then sorted out a new phone for my daughter. Helped me get a great deal and gave me all the information I needed. No nonsense just sorted me out. Service like this is why I’ve stayed with Three for so long and will continue even when they merge with Vodafone. Hope to see him still there when I’m next upgrading the other contracts.

Spoke to suriya, she was fantastic, very knowledgeable and was really helpful. She explained the store was closing, which is awful, I prefer 3 to Vodafone. I won't be going to Vodafone. But suriya was spot on and it's a shame I won't be coming in anymore.

Went in today looking for a new internet provider. Glen was well informed about offers and the best offer for my needs, explained about direct debit guarantee, returns policy and what to expect from my new product. Would highly recommend a visit.

I bought 3 broardband online and what a disaster. Their courier dpd who deliver your hub are an absolute joke. Trying to contact them to speak to a real person is impossible. They wont give you the choice of using a neighbour or dropping off in a safe place you have to sign for it in person, thats fine if you are at home to recieve it but if not they take it back then text you their next delivery, but Im not in the time they gave me on 4 seperate occasions!!! How can I tell them that, I can't because using their virtually agent is a waste of time and you can't get through on the number they ask you to call.Anyway, I ended up going into their Oldham.store to try and resolve my issues and I was supported by a fantastic young lady named Soriya. She was polite, very understanding and very helpful. She sorted out my issues after I spent 1 hour speaking to three agents she contacted for me, I did not know that I needed a 3 phone number I don't have one as my provider is BT. This was not explained to me when I signed up and I ended up spending 5 days trying to sort the mess out without success but Soryria did it for me in an hour. I can't thank her enough, she is a credit to 3 and her customer service skills are excellent. Thank you Soryia.

i was out of contract and the sales team were amazing and got me a brilliant new deal. im autistic and nearly had a meltdown in their store but the team member was very helpful understanding and patient

Glen was really helpful and friendly. Got things finished quickly and efficiently.

TaSha very good service on my mobiles 2 Accounts weren’t Texting Sorted it

Tasha was fantastic in the Oldham store, 14 days of being given terrible advice and being sent faulty SIM cards, after 20 minutes she had resolved all of our issues.

We dealt with Glenn he was so helpful got us a great deal and was so helpful in explaining the procedure we are not very technical and made the process so easy for us nothing was too much trouble for him.
