I never felt any pressure to pick a particular plan and we discussed various options, both higher and lower than what I am currently paying, and helped me match it to my current usage.

Lois and Mark were so helpful and honestly made getting a new phone so easy. They really made the whole experience so much easier and were so knowledgable!
