I am incredibly disappointed with the dishonest service at the Three Store in Newcastle. I signed a 24-month contract under the explicit assurance from staff that my monthly bill would be £15. In the second year, my bill unexpectedly jumped to £31.50 per month, which is more than double what I agreed to. Three now claims the £15 rate was only a temporary introductory discount. This crucial detail was intentionally omitted by the representative who sold me the contract. Had I been told the truth, I never would have signed. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Do not trust their verbal promises.

I couldn’t recommend Pete at Three…
I couldn’t recommend Pete at Three highly enough. He spent a considerable amount of time with me, patiently talking me through all of the different options available and answering every question I had. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.
What particularly stood out was how helpful and considerate he was when it came to my elderly parents. He took the time to sit with me and explain the options that would suit them too, and reassured me that when they come into the store, he will personally help them set up their new phones and transfer everything across from their old ones.
Pete genuinely could not have done more to help. His patience, knowledge and customer service were exceptional, and it was lovely to deal with someone who was willing to take so much time to make sure we understood everything and were happy with our choices.
A huge thank you to Pete — he is an absolute credit to Three.
