We recently received a scam involving someone using the Three name, so we contacted the Three customer service team for assistance. We were advised to visit a Three store in person
Unfortunately, when we visited the store in Arndale Mall Manchester the sales team member at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and did not take our concerns seriously. We felt that we were being ignored and treated very poorly.
For a well-known and reputed company like Three, this level of customer service is very disappointing and unacceptable. We expected professional assistance and guidance, especially when dealing with a potential scam involving the company’s name.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience at the Three store. I visited to replace my SIM card and felt the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of clearly explaining what identification was required or discussing possible alternatives, I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported.
Good customer service should involve treating people with respect, listening to their situation, and providing clear information. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lack of empathy and poor communication made what should have been a simple visit unnecessarily stressful.
I hope Three provides better staff training so that future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.
