Zaid, based in the Luton store, is a superstar! I needed to change my handset & contract AND sort out getting a different broadband provider- I'd kept putting it off as I'm in the 'technically challenged' category. I was with Three already for my mobile but I'd seen a broadband deal with Three but was worrying about changing over. Zaid was patient, clear and really helpful. He set up everything on my new handset and answered all my questions about the broadband. Thank you Zaid, you're a legend!! Also, a shout out to your female colleague (sorry, I didn't get her name) who was equally friendly and also made me chuckle, you're a great team
