Super experience with Sean
Sean was absolutely brilliant ive been into this store so many times to try and resolve my issue with my phone and finally after speaking to Sean on the phone last week he told me to come in store and he helped me resolve my technical issue with my phone and I will be back again next week to get an additional sim with him. He's fantastic and deserves a promotion.

Excellent in store experience
Sean was extremely helpful and he gave me a package that suited my needs and provided me with the best value. I will absolutely be back and cannot recommend Three enough.

Time for an upgrade!
I was well overdue for an upgrade and went into the Foyleside store. Sean was an absolute star, he made the process so easy and I walked out with a brand new phone, cheaper contract and much better off!

Extremely helpful
I was seen and attended to by a young lady called Ashley who wentover and above to help me
She explained things very clearly in language I could understand
Unfortunately we did not go with 3 as it didn’t offer what we needed but Ashley recommended we use Vodafone as it is full fibre to the house and is part of the company
Otherwise I would have gone for EE
I felt extremely valued as a customer and would highly recommend using 3 if it has what you need

Sean was very helpful in store today and helped to get me the right sim only plan for a price that best suited my budget and needs. I will be back again in 12 months to renew my sim plan. I’m very happy with the Three network.

Excellent experience in store
I had a great experience in store today with the advisor Sean,he was extremely helpful and patient with me in doing the data transfer, he sold me a new phone and helped me move across to the three network and also gave me an excellent deal on the broadband and an additional SIM. I'm very happy with the service I received in store today and I will be back again.

Store Advisor was very helpful
The advisor in store Sean was really helpful he gave me multiple options and ultimately gave me the best deal on my new iPhone and sim plan, as well as this I also took out the home broadband which he offered for an extremely competitive price. He was very kind and patient with us and helped us to set up the new device and do a data transfer for us and set up the home broadband hub for us too. We will definitely be back in the future.

Sean was just wonderful to deal with
I was in with Sean yesterday i took out business broadband and a sim but decided to cancel for personal reasons, Sean was extremely helpful and patient with me, he helped me retrieve my PAC code I will definitely consider coming back to Three as a business customer because the advisor Sean was just so so helpful i really appreciate the time and effort.

Sean was lovely ,he helped me get the right phone for what I needed it for at the right price. He couldn't help me enough , he offered me broadband at a discounted price ,whoch I would have gladly taken if I was not still in contract with another provider. But overall great customer experience.
