Having recently visited the 3 store in Kirkcaldy and on 4 other occasions over the last 2 years, I can highly recommend their personnel and the service they provide. Without exception, each person we spoke to was courteous, informative and respectful, and their patient explanations helped my understanding of what is a perpetually developing technology. I shall continue to use their services.

Totally unacceptable behaviour
Now I am told not to visit the store where Jamie the store manager and the Kieran the assistant manager treated me disgustingly and still no call from Three to apologise to me and tell me they will be dealing with the disgusting behaviour, Three obviously support Thier staff and allow them to get away with treating customers so disgusting that's why Jamie and Kieran did just as they pleased so it makes sense why now. Why should I be chasing three to put a formal complaint when they have my details and have the decency to phone and speak to me and investigate this issue. They clearly don't give a damn how customers are treated nor do they want to take time to solve this, I will definitely not use Three ever again they all the same no wonder they train Thier senior staff to speak with such disrespect cause they don't care. Just avoid these to members of staff at the Kirkcaldy Branch so you don't get treated the way I did for no reason. Why then have you not contacted me if you take this very seriously please stop wasting my time with feedback that I know is just not true
