Go to a store if you want something resolved
Quick, efficient and exceptional experience with Tahmid at the Holborn store. Had a very challenging experience via phone when purchasing a 5G hub order, awful experience with DPD trying to get my item and after numerous attempts to resolve ended up going into a store and Tahmid resolved it for me in 15 minutes and I walked away with the box rather than attempting more deliveries that were proving impossible. If you need a Three store.. Tahmids ya man

I came to change my provider with…
I came to change my provider with Three, and Ray the customer advisor helped me to get my broadband plan sorted and offered me deals that I didn't know about student discounts making everything easy and fast. He explained all the steps clearly and answered all of my questions.
Would highly recommend him and three.

three internet speed is terrible
this 5g "hub" is terrible
Im getting 0.15 MBps FFS
both on my phone sim and my home 5g Hub (another sim) have literally unusable internet for weeks possibly months, I have to use my friends hotspot
I'm going to terminate all my 3 different contracts unless they upgrade their stuff in central London, its probably the worst internet I've had in my life and I've lived in 4 different countries in the past 20 years
I'm absolutely gutted with this
