Friendly staff
Friendly staff. Helpful. Cut our broadband bill off by 30 quid and our phone bill dropped to only a tenner a month. Miles better than 02 since 02 jacked their prices up three times in a year, and seem keen to rob customers.

Efficient process and great value for money deals
Despite being a very new trainee, Brody handled our upgrade and new sim only contracts (transferring from other networks) smoothly and efficiently. Overall a good and easy transaction and good value for money.
