Not impressed
I had wrote a good review originally while i was in the shop but unfortunately this all changed before I left the shop , I went in with issues with my 5g router and was wanting to also add a sim only contact, I was assured this would be sorted by cancelling my current contract and starting a new contract this would include a better router and the sim only contract, my current contract was cancelled then they told me they couldn't infact set up my new contract and that as I've had issues with x3 of there 5g routers over the past 3 years it's probably best for me to go elsewhere, never the less im not impressed at all as a result, that been said im not blaming the staff at all they are very polite however im left questioning the three company as a hole and without internet as they cant reinstate my old contract and will not be returning to them in future at all ever
