Michael who is normally based in the Parkhead store but was working in the Fort store on the day we visited provided fantastic support in making choices in what I wanted to do. He was extremely knowledgeable, did not push to make a decision and even suggested I took some time to think it through. Once the decision was made he was extremely efficient in processing the order.
