I stopped in at the store having made no prior appointment. Customer service was excellent, Barry my advisor was pleasant, extremely helpful, and he arranged everything with no problems whatsoever.

Dec and Paris very helpful. Dec got me sorted with new phone and 5G wireless. Came in after the weekend and Paris was efficient at transfering all the data from old shattered phone, saving me a lot of time and trouble. Exellent staff and service. Top marks.

I had an excellent experience at Three thanks to Zobia. She was extremely attentive, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process of setting up my new WiFi. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was sorted properly before I left.
Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful process very straightforward and hassle-free. The customer service she provided was outstanding, and I really appreciated the effort she put in to ensure I got the right solution for my needs.
