Staff were excellent
Staff were excellent, very professional, courteous, helpful and friendly.
Whole experience was simple, a special mention to Jade my advisor and Kerrie the assistant manager - you are both a credit to your company!

I couldn't fault the girl in…
I couldn't fault the girl in Dunfermline branch (sorry i forgot your name) she was really helpful. There was a lot of sorting out ending one contract and starting another. The only negatives where why don't stores keep phones with 512Gb memory in stock and all colours? Also no recognition/ offers for being a loyal customer with Three for nearly 30 years which is poor! That's on Three as a company for not recognising customers who've stayed and been loyal for years and get nothing on return! Consider what I've spent with your company in nearly 3 decades?? Apart from that the girls in the Dunfermline branch were lovely welcoming knowledgeable and met my needs in attaining a new mobile to meet my requirements. Thank you to the dark haired lassie (I wish I'd remembered your name sorry) 🥰🫶🏼

Wonderful service
Ellie was absolutely amazing, went in to see prices for a new contract and phone and she was a wonderful help with finding discounts, swapping phone numbers and even helping me get a discount with train tickets!
