I went in to pick up a SIM only from the store and was greeted warmly by a lovely man called Dave I think his name was? When he was letting me know my contract I realized I hadn't added on something and he without any fuss was able to change the contract and place a new order. He was friendly, professional, warm and easy to talk to. I would 10000% love it if every person in a shop displayed this behavior because it makes such a difference, I felt confident with my product, valued as a customer and feel I can just pop in there if ever I have any issues. Thanks!

Quick and efficient service
Quick and efficient service when I purchased a Broadband Router today. Once they understood I was not going to be upsold another SIM the customer services person was very efficient at creating the paperwork and getting me the router. He also fitted the SIM card. In and out in around 15 mins which is not bad at all.

Turn the music down so I can hear the advisor clearly
The staff were excellent. Resolved the problem quickly and didn't try to push any unnecessary sales.
Unfortunately the MUSIC in the shop is TOO LOUD and we couldn't hear the assistant. We ended up shouting at each other.
