We had a great experience at the three Cribbs Causeway store. We came in to collect a new sim card. Charlie was very helpful and assisted us with great enthusiasm and was very helpful. He helped me upgrade my current sim letting us know the great price and benefits along with a second sim. He helped my partner keep his current number and asked any questions we had. Thank you so much for a great experience
