Best trusted service at my local Three store. Great customer service provided by Jamie who took his time to look into the best deals to help me save as much as possible.
That’s worth staying with the network!

To be honest, Jamie has helped me so much today. He’s been absolutely brilliant and is honestly the best person I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to phone upgrades and contracts.

For years, I’ve probably paid more than I needed to because I always put off calling customer services or coming into store. It’s usually something I really dread doing. But this experience has been completely different from start to finish.

Jamie was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made everything really easy to understand. He actually managed to help me save money while also helping me take out two additional contracts that were right for me, which I didn’t think would be possible.

It’s rare these days that someone provides customer service that genuinely stands out, but Jamie really did. He made the whole process stress-free and was a pleasure to deal with.

Shereen was great - I had a few contracts that we previously moved to a business plan, that saved me money and made my life alot easier from a single bill and common renewal date perspective.

I added 2 more numbers to the contract this weekend and as usual Shereen took time to explain my options, worked with me to find the right plan to suit my needs and was friendly and helpful throughout.

I felt like valued as a customer, listened too and not just a transaction... This is not common for mobile phones where it is pretty much a given that everybody needs one - its experiences like this that make a difference and keep your customers.

Came in with a fairly complicated problem with my phone / account and the person who helped me, who was actually in training at the time was very calm, communicated well and made a potentially stressful situation more bearable. Returned the next day with a minor query and another member of staff, Mohammed was also very helpful.
