Leigh the worker made my experience perfect. I went in with what I can only describe as the weirdest situation I’ve heard (three issues with delivery of an upgrade) and she made it her priority to sort it - she spent around 40 mins working hard to resolve my situation. I had no intentions of leaving the store with a new phone and she made it possible. She is worth her weight in gold to that place after today

Holly was brilliant
Called in to purchase a 5G router. The assistant who looked who looked after me was Holly. She couldn’t have been more helpful. In explaining everything to me down to the last details. She was very patient as her iPad was playing up. But took her time . This girl is a great asset to this company. Can’t praise her enough. David Conn. Thank u

Holly has been magnificent in helping to transition my wife and myself from our his and hers Samsung Galaxy phones to Google Pixel 10 phones. Nothing was too much trouble and she gladly invested much time and effort in ensuring that our experience was the best possible.
We were advised wisely about trading in our old phones and in my case how to reduce my monthly tariff by using the trade-in value of the old phone against the monthly cost of the new one.
I cannot praise her highly enough. Everything was done with good humour and great patience. I hope you value, reward and encourage your staff of this calibre!
