What a team
What a team! We popped into 3 in Aberystwyth as we were having problems with our accidental order that we couldn’t sort online. We were met by a friendly guy called Michael, who put us onto his assistant manager Richard and we explained our problem. They both went above and beyond to sort it out, as it took 2 visits. Both visits we were treated with courtesy and respect by these guys.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone . We came away with a great new deal and happy faces. Thank you Michael and Richard you are a credit to your branch.

New phone purchasing
I spoke briefly with Rich and in depth with Steven about getting a new phone and what would be best for me. Steven was incredible, going through every detail and answering all of my daft questions. This has been the best experience I have had in any store and it is all thanks to the staff. They have given me every possible avenue into purchasing a new phone and they have broken it down so easily for me. A huge thank you to Steven for sitting with me for so long :)
