First order and will use again

Arrived well packaged and fit well. The problem came when trying to wipe off the smallest spots of sauce after dinner. A cold damp cloth gently wiped over the 2 areas appeared to clean them off. When they dried the dye had been rubbed away so now there are 2 light spots that are quite easy to see. I'm not sure why, the cloth was clean, cold water and no real pressure applied, but they're now marked. Annoying really, the first time I've wore them.

I requested a refund on the 30 March 2026 and I never received the refund. Sent emails to their customer service and I did even receive an acknowledgement of the emails sent.
